Well that's good know what to look forward to whenever it comes to Canada! Thank you for breaking it down! I look forward to painting a chaplain on Bike in Deathwatch colours to sit on my shelf as a display piece!
Ah, painted black instead of black. Good choice! Canonically they paint over the black armour with more black when joining the Deathwatch - so 2 coats of black is not only good, it is lore accurate
I wish I could make use of this analysis, in the EU the mark-up is 50% which makes it much less viable, the premium subscription for all 90 issues would amount to about 30% savings when compared to buying *single kits from GW,* which means if you don't care about the special stuff you may just get the kits you specifically want from the 20-25% discount retailers without having to put through with the slow releases
They really, really hate the idea of people being able to actually use the broad array of weapons available to Termagants, for some reason! This magazine would have been a great opportunity to package a weapons sprue all by itself within a single issue, and I think plenty of people would have been happy to pay the price. Personally, I'm 3D printing lookalikes and I ordered a recast of the actual sprue to save myself the trouble. I have *60* gants on sprue with only fleshborers!
Issue 5's Sassy Sargeant is definitely going to be going for higher prices in the future so I made the decision that £9.99 now was a better option than regret. Besides, it's a fun sculpt and is more easy to see as the squad leader than the knife guy. Issues 7 & 8 are a bit of a disaster, value-wise. Two sprues of mono Termagants and a ruler thingy but no bases, which will presumably come in issue 8 along with the 3rd Term sprue. I just can't make it work when the exact same sprues can be had for about £12 on eBay, or you can hit up a 3rd party retailer and get the sets with additional weapons for a few pounds more than both magazines, and therefore have all the loadout options. Definitely the poorest value issues outside of the paint pot ones.
For the Termagants while in number its easy to split 20 of them over 4 issues, the gants sprues wouldn't make sense to. so somehow we are either getting 20 or 40 termagants.
Lucky i have some spare old sprues for termagants i can use some of the other weapons there. I wonder how viable Spinefists are now as i have them in abundance.
spinefists are fine, their main purpose in the past was to be the cheapest version. Devourers are still considered the best but the higher strength ASSAULT fleshborers are also valid
Sheesh, I envy you people buying cheap models and stuff I would buy everything, even the Chaplain on bike, it might not be a good unit. But it's a cool unit to have
I still have single backorders still not sent from the first set release. I would singles are not worth it because it won't always come. I did get 1 rinho of 2 I ordered last week. In Australia they just don't care
@@wizardjian they were part of the old version of this, but, honestly, Sisters deserves something new and fresh, as the last interesting release was almost 4 years ago. GW, instead, recently removed Canoness Veridyan from their store...
Thanks for the informative video, personally I’m only interested in the tyrinids and space marines so thanks to this video I’m probably going to cancel after getting issue 20
If they have the option for the premium issues in Australia this time (they have not previously) I'll more likely subscribe. Trying to buy popular issues from Gap Games is nigh impossible these days now that everyone knows who they are and the great deals they have. This said I have probably got enough of everything coming for the Space Marines and Tyranids already. I got 2 Leviathan boxes and an "Ultimate Starter Set". I have so many termagants with those boxes and then the two boxes of gants I got for the special weapons.
I'm in New Zealand and also use Gap Games for picking up select issues. But if you want the whole lot, Australia also has Waterfront News and Lotto, they do individual issues (they go up earlier in the day so you can try snipe, fail and try again at Gap Games). But they also offer the subscription (no bonuses or premium though), you can either subscribe at the start, or you can wishlist and every 4 weeks they'll open up the subscription again. I got into Imperium about halfway through the run and was very happy to get those later issues especially the Necron Royal Court as that insta sold out everywhere.
@@ChristianVonCarmian40kVtuber thank you for the answer. Well it's okay, I don't think I need to have 9 different combat patrols and a ton of not good paints to say least
The easy way to predict is by looking at the premium content
I'm buying all because the models and paints I don't want will be traded to my friends for the paints and models they don't want

I am glad you seperated them and frustrated too as i need to keep moving back and forth in the video lol

I'm as disappointed as I am unsurprised that the Terminator kit is split between two issues.
Being from the US is rough, cause I REALLY want that Inferus Sergeant :/

all i want out of the 20 is the parasite of mortrex, so imma have to wait a bit for that
Still waiting for mine to come lol

Getting everything here, most will be offered onto the necromunda altar for bitz. Rest will be the nexus of maybe armies and/or trades!
No Sororitas, not worth.
I wish sisters was part of this lol

Tough to get single issues in the US :(

I don't really want anything but that Infernus Sgt. Unfortunately I live in the US.
Has anyone worked out how to cancel? It says I need an order number to contact them, but they don’t give you an order number?
Disappointing, but not terribly unexpected, that the terminators are split across two issues.
For the amount of money you save though it would be the deal of a lifetime if they were in one issue for the same price
The real question is when can I in Canada get them?
no release date has been announced yet but it is predicted to be early-mid 2025 to start
@@ChristianVonCarmian40kVtuber I'll keep an eye out. Thank you.
Where to buy these? In official GW stores only?
in the UK you can get them in newsagents or from Hachette's website.
Other websites may also sell them
@@ChristianVonCarmian40kVtuber No, For the UK there are no problems to find these. I mean other countries, Germany in my case.
Sadly they are not yet released in other countries. We are still waiting an announcement date for their launch

I havent seen one issue in my area lol 😅.
Anyone know if these are available in the US yet?
not available yet, predictions are that it may start January
I want Orks. So no issues 1-20 for me
I want ALL OF IT!!!
I mean except the extra paints but I want those premium subscription models so oh well
Personally I subbed for the full thing so I have plenty to do, kickstart my creativity, try some new forces.
None of them are worth buying.
Wait for STLs so it’s infinitely cheaper long-term.
I didn’t realize some of the kits were split between two issues- definitely not subscribing.
stop teasing me with shit I'm not getting for more than a year in australia
Issue 3 is £10...
