Hello Bhuvana.. Finally my Bosch dishwasher is here and its been 5 days am using it... but there is one contast issue with the dishes once cleaned.. majority of then have this tiny grainy particle on them.. like dried sooji kind of thing.. first 2 days it was so much but now few of them still come out with grainy particles (like big plates in bottom rack).
could you please help me as to what can be the issue.. i thought to first seek your help before calling bosch helpdesk.

You have not mentioned the program you were using while you faced this issue.
Also let me know about your water quality and the salt and rinse aid settings.

@@BhuvanaAdi ah i completely forgot i asked you the question.. finally issue got resolved it was due to less quantity of detergent and less powerful detergent.
Now am using Purecult organic tablets (half tablet does the job for our less greasy n less dishes) in Quick n Eco wash... and its working like charm. as its a tablet hv kept rinse aid to 0 and water hardness is 50 so its set to 2 in machine.
and except few dishes which arent placed rightly having rice or dal stick to it.
And so far am very very happy with experience
but yes first 2 weeks were roller coaster ride to figure out detergent n cycle combination.

Is this the TDS or your water hardness? Please watch my videos on water by clicking the link below:

Unless you know the correct water hardness, you will end up with the wrong setting of salt and rinse aid.
Also, please mention your dishwasher brand and model so that I can tell you the setting.

Keep in H 05 and observe for 15 days. If you have any problems, increase it to H 06. Thanks.
