Express, Semi-Express, Local All of the train of Den-en-to-shi-sen(line) stop at Tama Plaza station. And 99.9%of the train stop at Shibuya station so dont worry about that. Sometimes they share the rail with another line but i ve seen that one only once during the time that i stayed at there and you can get it so easily because it shows different color and map of the line. And there are only 2 platforms(no.1 from Shibuya and no. 2 to Shibuya) so it is really easy to fine the way to get on the subway. Express one stop at Tama plaza(dormitory, DT15), saginuma(DT14), mizonokuti(DT10), futakotamagawa(DT7), sangenzaya(DT3) and shibuya. Semi Express stops all the station between Futakotamagawa and shibuya and local one stops at all the station. Thanks for comment and asking me !
Max Dpt i used pasmo card and you can use suica card too for every trains as using pasmo Usually, suica is for JR lines and Pasmo for tokyo metro, tobu, seibu, tokyu lines etc but actually nobody cares about that and you can use anything for the trains

cf) tama-praza to shibuya is 'tokyu' denentoshi line and the costs of local, semi, express are same.
