    Nice, posted while I'm in middle of workout. Definitely about to try this! Already had two 12kg kettlebells side by side in front of me. It's a sign.

    Good timing on a video for ski training, etc. Maybe I'll actually follow through on my yearly intention to start training in the fall.

    just getting back into kettle bells - also starting to think about ski season... seems like a perfect opportunity.. is it better to start with clubs? I really don't want to bash my knees...
    ps that looks like an Austin Healey 100? looks like a lovely on-going restoration - bravo

    Mark instead of around the body kettlebell i do huge swings across the back of my body and the front across the body and side of body. With a club as well

    Just like my previous post on another similar vid on this - one of the best exercise to add in your arsenal. I also use the weighted mace (ball-weight side-up) so the weight is either sitting on your thumb-side fist or with some space - if you put a space between, it will help improve your grip. On the other hand, watching Mark is cool & all doing demos, BUT both the car & bike are eye-stealers - cannot wait to see the finished car! Is that a 1960s MG?!

    Plus, you adopt this technique and between each set don’t rest but instead go on that Concept 2 Ski-erg (seen in the background of Mark) and you will burn at a new level! (In a good way!) ;)
    Do note, this is a very advanced level and it’s insanely intense. But as stated many times “getting fit isn’t supposed to be easy”
    You adopt a similar technique to this rock-it technique on the Ski-erg and you will have created a circuit training method that will take your fitness beyond what you thought possible … I wish my gym had these Ski-ergs!
    As always, Mark, your instructions and attention to the details are phenomenal! Thank you thank you thank you!

    I do double outside swings right now with plates (they have handles obviously). Should I progress right to this? Or would you recommend something in between? I have a few kettlebells, but only one for each weight.

  • @fruitytarian
    @fruitytarian ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I've only just started doing the double outside swings, I think I will definitely need to get a bit stronger to do these rockets safely .
