I love that you don’t shit on people for not just having the top tier equipment I watched a video last week that really hit home about enjoying the games.
to be fair all current modern cpus are tuned just about at the top of silicon curve, just enable MCE and tune your ram and you are done. These days ram overclocking makes more difference than your cpu oc, provided you have all core turbo boost enabled in your bios.
Probably the best explanation to avoid overclocking anxiety and time wasting in general that I've seen so far in my whole life, come for the fps, stay for the wisdom.
I'm such a basic oc bitch, since moving to 4k when the 2080 ti came out I found that the only OC that matters is my GPU memory speed impacts more than anything. All the time I spent trying to OC my cpu got me 2-3 fps @4K. IMO not worth it, I'm gonna just game. Also I found the ultimate secret that your community doesn't want to hear but needs to hear. Turn off the FPS counter and just game.
Hello, I have a quick question in fact I would like to put a bios of a (Asus RTX 3070 STRIX GAMING OC) on a (rtx 3070 Aorus Master) it could work or not at all ?
@@siroui4239 thanks for the reply! I saw the mining potential is also slightly higher on the 68 vs the 69 for some reason. Not a deciding factor but helps the 68 case over the 69. Always nice to be able to pay off some of the cost
Pretty sure the CPU cores and cache/ring use same power rail. so when you change Vcore it changes voltage to Ring/Cache. I could be wrong when it comes to 12-14th gen.
I overclocked my 2080 super to 2190mhz and 1,500mhz Memory, temps stay at 38c gaming on warzone, but why Warzone fill choppy? Like I have a i9 9900k overcloked to 5.2ghz temps at 62c while gaming in Warzone but Warzone just feel choppy for some reason, and my overclock is 100% stable no crash no spike lag nothing 😩

You're almost right on everything you said, 1 thing I'll correct you on. You are a god

LOL, turning off the FPS counter is blasphemy
Good advice.
Im guessing I have to underclk for warzone I've seen your other vid on dev error running a 1660 ti

@@jimdshea Ok thanks for the information, And if the operation went wrong I can go back
by injecting the backup of my bios from before ?
Do you think the 6900xt is worth the extra $ over the 6800xt for 1080p max fps?
Not worth for the price point but for cool factor yes. 6800xt is basically a 6900xt

@@siroui4239 where I’m at the 69 is about 300USD difference over the 68
I was thinking of using that $ to get a nice b-die kit instead
Jufes doesn't roast his components to satiate a need for arbitrary high-sounding numbers and reddit karma? Sounds about right
Mate the curve thing is not true. It's like an asymptotic recession - until you overdo it with the voltage and the chip fails.
is vccio the voltage you use for cache/ring overclock? I understand that the vcore also plays a role, but does the vccio also matter for cache oc?

Who don’t like “curves” 🤪
Hi can I organise a consult to overclock my PC etc but pay the 500$ via crypto? let me know, thx :)
Im willing to facilitate for fees etc
@@laurensucks3324 naw sorry I don’t accept crypto, thanks anyway
