The answer to your question at 7 minutes is cometlakes smaller cores have less distance for electrons to travel so literally it influences latency in applications devs programmed it to really lean on that. Like crysis 3 hates zen 2. But yeah the memory controller speed is a big deal. Especially since thats also the cache speed.
Look at my description for my Left 4 Dead 2 video Zen 2 vs 3. Im not an idiot. Its a 4X the resolution cpu bound playability difference. The stutter you get from draw call bottlenecks is a thing ive studied since getting into binned CPUs and i request the IMC be included. If we had more people working on this we could in effect patch windows 10 for Bill Gates and development friends. Too bad its mostly me eyeballing this ambition. Dont make me the one man army with all the goods 24 months from now no one knows exists.
Test some of my problem children like gothic 3 and doom remake with rocket and comet lake. I bet that rocketlake will win, its just inferior when things get super multithreaded or the cache is a huge consideration.
Bro go with bandwidth over latency. 4400 c17 is the much better choice. Especially if youre context switching with that many threads in addition to an untamed hypertheading which is going to trash latency. 3600 c16 is so 2018. Even buildziod would call that garbage. Hell my skylake build had a faster kit.
Help me scientifically build a library of this. Dont make me do it entirely myself. There will be a finite number to figure out since dx12 vulkan its irrelevant.
4000 even with inferior performance index is going to scale more favorably as you begin to actually use your 5950X. The memory controller if it can hit 2000 with a SOC bump to 1.3 is also going to mean you aren't running 1800mhz on your cache and memory controller which is also relevant to your end goal. Unless you want the highest fps possible per game with literally different configurations which is inconvenient at best and a waste of time at worst.
There is not a single 5000 series amd cpu out there that can do stable 2000mhz fabric. It may be game stable but it won’t be platform stable. You’ll get crackles, pops, audio cutoff, usb disconnects, weird general usage issues, massive frame dips and stuffers. I personally get that even at 1900mhz fclk, let alone at 2000. Obviously having a faster fclk will be most beneficial on ryzen, because that’s your biggest bottleneck, your lowest hanging fruit. Sadly though there’s nothing to do about it other than pray that you get lucky and get like, what, 100mhz more…? 0 difference whatsoever. At that point go Intel and tinker there. Their platforms at least allow you to do so, and don’t punish you for trying to squeeze more out of your dollar.
I just ordered a gaming pc, my first. it has the 1100kf and a 3080. It came with 32gb of 3200mhz ram. Do you think I will be able to get at lease 200 fps running 1440p?
I would like to average around 200 to 220. i got a 240mhz 1440p monitor as well. Is there any simple settings or mods I could do, or is that probably the best i will be able to get due to 1440p
Poppi3579 you just have to overclock your cpu, gpu, ram, and play around with settings based on your PC hardware. The content provider does this for you if you pay for the services.
Hey man. Is there anyway you can add me back on discord! I’m having trouble again and need your help like you helped me before. I will pay you for your time.

I appreciate your knowledge! I'm curious to know what you do with your sub-timings
Send advancter testers.
Very informative and eye opening. Thanks
Delid your 11900k der8auer got some crazy gains in temps, i wonder what you can do with that temperature advantage
hey jufes maybe a dumb question - how could one calculate the NS their hardware provides? new to your channel and frame chasing haha

fast upload since the stream man!

Yeah itll give you the most gains on games that dont actually use hardly any of this class of CPU.
How to get an even timer resolution on zen 3. I dont get the idea its possible. Ive already tried the command line windows timer toggling.
red dead 2 also loves bandwidth, you should give it a try
When are the streams?
Anyone able to help with becoming part of the discord? Really interested in contributing to the community.
Do you have any 2080 ti or 3060 gpu’s for sale?
Papi Chulo now getting freaking 400? Thanks for the video Papi Chulo.

What ram Did you use 2x16gb dual or 2x8gb single rank on the 5950x
Is 2x8gb fine for warzone fps or would 2x16gb or 4x8gb offer a considerable amount of fps over 2x8gb?
I believe he used 4x8. You can check on his wife’s build vid
@@littlecoachbodie you would get more FPS with dual rank
@@ChamberTech ah, thanks for the insight!
Legend
Whats the best CPU now for Warzone?
gtx 1650
5950x or 12900k.
im completely lost here, can someone help me here. Running 5600X with 3070 FE and running ram @3800mhz
Learn how many threads it uses without context switching.

Can’t argue with the discord’s FPS #s that’s fosho

Good day !
Shadow of the tomb raider is very competently multithreaded.

Forgot to mention. I’ll be playing Warzone mostly
You’ll be getting 200fps in the boonies. You’ll be getting 140fps downtown and anywhere else that is not the countryside.
