Sis Yimmy, thanks a lot for this delicious recipe. The only hardest part is to boil the cow leg till it soft. But I think it will be more easier with a pressure cooker. Can't wait to try this. God bless you.

I had one at Hombaze African Cuisine today at Sandton, Johanessburg--stunningly delicious but extremely hot for me--the "fire" almost killed me. By the way, I'm a South Africa, and in my Sotho language cow heels are a delicacy called Dikgathana and normally exclusively eaten by the elders in the villages.

Pressure cooker will cook in no time or where there is no pressure cooker, add some drops of white vinegar to boil it and it gets that desired softness..

Oooooooo, I am sooooo happy, I have looked at many recipes for this delicious Nkwobi and your recipe called to me, I've watch your vid about 7 times and I just love how you talk us through the recipe. I tried this at a Nigerian restaurant and instantly was in love with the flavour and the spicy heat...it motivated me to literally hunt down ALL the authentic ingredients from the Potash, the Calabash, the Ugba...everything, even the Cameroon pepper to make sure I hopefully get that yummy taste I have been longing for. So, today was the day I created my version of the recipe and although I find it oh so good, I really need a PROPER Niger person to tell me if it is nice or not lol. Anyways, I wanted to thank you for this beautiful video of your recipe as it allowed me to create my own Masterpiece. Peace, Love and Happiness Sis xxxxx
