Has the strongman training/ comp positively or negatively affected your lifts
Whould you recommend doing pause squats as a last squat movement in your squat day?
I think pause squats are one of the best variations for squat. Not sure I'd do them as a last movement. I typically like to finish training days with lighter isolation type movements.
