Yeah... let's just keep calling him Fantomex 👀 I hate that female body mold with a passion... It's awful. I think Super heroines should be thick, and I don't mean that in a sexual way, lol. They fight, they jump, they run, they do a lot of acrobatic stuff, they should have muscles, that sculpt is way too thin for a character with enhanced abilities. I feel like Nimrod's torso could be designed like Hulkbuster's where it's not a ball joint but a square and that's the reason why it keeps returning to it's neutral position.

It's worth noting that you simply didn't understand the reference to the lazy naming conventions employed by comic writers for characters with derivative, uninspired super powers. You also missed that I renamed all of them as part of the discussion on the inclusion of three lesser-known characters in one bundle.
They should have named the Psylocke figure Psylocke (Kwannon), because it looks like they were going for the Kwannon version of Psylocke, when she has her mind in the head of a ninja named Kwannon.
This three pack should have been Nimrod, Bastion, and Karima (Omega Sentinel). But Haslab wanted us to pay $400 to get Bastion, and I think Omega Senitnel is coming next year in the House of X BAF.
I’d say keep him to Fantomex, while shooty johnson is comical, i feel like the name Fantomex is a homage to the Italian comics like “Diabolik” that heavily inspired this character.
Hoping for a deluxe release version of Psylocke with better sculpting (Asian-face, lean/muscular body, different hands, etc.). Brutally honest and informative review.
@Anna Marfa yes typically but not all. The body Betsy has ..was from a fairly I guess I'll say..voluptuous asian.... They do exist. Although yes..it really depends on who draws her because some artist do draw her thin. But I always think of 90s Jim Lee when I think of Psylocke. Which for that look the Moonstone body mold would work perfect. Check out some of the Psylockes customizers made..they used that mold as their base. You right though..and that probably is why they dont use it for her.
The last time I got a Psylocke figure was from the SDCC 2012 X-Force pack which came with Archangel and Wolverine. That Psylocke had a mark on her chin where the paint came off and it revealed a dark circle. Here's to hoping that this pack that I just ordered here has no such blemishes.
My fantomex is missing the stripe on top thigh. Soft serve mastic arms. This set is disappointing. Hasbro is playing loose with quality lately. Has me worried about my Haslab Sentinel

They butchered psylocke and that's why it's a hard no for me. She was the star attraction for me and the body is just weird looks perfect for a spider gwen anatomy but psylocke has pastries this interpretation does not.

I honestly don’t understand why they changed her race. Marvel loves to preach about diversity and change every single white character into a minority. So how come one of their semi-original minority characters (she wasn’t originally Asian but she’s been that way for a long time) into a white woman. That’s just simple hypocrisy.

Anyone who hung around the arcades in the mid-00s knows that Psylocke is the third, maybe fourth most-famous X-Men character. Fifth, if you count Sentinel. Sentinel, Magneto, Storm, Cable, Psylocke. That's how it goes, right? I don't know who this "Wolverine" fellow is, but he sounds like a total scrub.
This set is way overpriced for what you get, so I'm waiting for the inevitable Amazon sale price. Shooty Johnson is great, Nimrod is okay, and I'll use Psylocke's improved effects with the other version of the character and maybe use this buck for customs. Shooty Johnson in 2020!
Honestly Hasbro just needs to retire the female molds and overhaul them. I've never been happy with any female Hasbro figure they can't pose and they just don't look good. They feel archaic

Really yes in the chest area Psylocke has been flat..but she is known for having a booty. So Moonstone bottom would work for the mold too.

Yeah the Psylocke was bad. The paint on mine was absolutely garbage. I do however love the Nimrod and fantomex both of those came with no QC issues.
