In the beginning you starting lawns. I watched your channel. You let everyone know you just started doing lawns & were taping what you did. The day was not so good for you. Everything you were using was Old. You needed gas & your Brand NEW Wiper Snapper broke. You had me laughing & feeling bad for you. Today turned out to be a good one. Love the part how you & your brother climbed out of the upstairs window to go hang out at the store or gas station & got junk food.😃 Also, going fishing & your dad would always find rocks to put in the rock garden in your yard. I Love your Old memeries as a kid living in that house... I thought about a Charley Brown cartoon as you cleaned up the corner yard you once lived...

I've always noticed when someone improves a yard it inspires others to do the same. Sometimes when one yard is unsightly it brings disgrace to a neighborhood it brings property value down. People don't want to be next door to a home not cared for or a lot not maintained.

It is such a small thing to mow someone's yard but it's a big thing to them when they couldn't do it themselves and needed help but didn't know how to ask for it... Wow. I would have thought I would have seen a kitchen sink but now I've seen everything and a toilet. Great job. For those who are worried about the dust that is brought up by the weed eater, any good wind blows at as well. And the particular matter of the size of dust keeps it from blowing too far away. Our many fires bring in particulate matter all the way from Canada. That is much worse. They are much smaller particles. I only am afraid of Kevin's lungs as he gets older. So I certainly wish he would cover up, however as a libertarian I would never force him to do so. So thank you Kevin for all you do. I appreciate it more than you know.

This is true. Lived on the farm of 40 acres with a 3 story house. Basement with a wine cellar and coal furnace, we had electric heat also, main floor with a large living room and old porch turned family room. Attic was open space but my Dad built framed walls for bedrooms. Moved into the house they bought and looking up the farm house the owner took out the attic part and is now a 2 bedroom home with basement. Sad thing to see. What will be worse to see is if Devers get ahold of the land. Luckily it is hilly with a creek running through and a swamp. Lots of apple trees. Pray it stays farmland.

I grew up in the Seattle area. There was a brick road with Oak trees planted as a WWII memorial. In the summer, they would form a tunnel to drive through. The light filtering through the trees was so pretty. But the trees have mostly died and the road paved over. So sad! But your video reminded me.

I wish, I could do the same like you. Going back to our old little farm we once owned when I was a child. But sadly it doesn‘t exist anymore. But in my mind I can go back any time I feel sad and listen to the sound of my grannys voice, standing in her kitchen and baking my favorite cake. I than can even smell it.
Thank you to be who you are. Taking care of people when they are struggeling. God bless you Kevin.

What a wonderful opportunity! To be able to walk on your old yard and work around your old house is so special! Your mind must have been flooded with memories, some of which surprised you because they had been forgotten. I'm sure it was bittersweet to see it as us now when you can see it vividly, in your mind's eye, as it used to be. I'm happy that you were able to work on a property that must have brought you immense satisfaction on a multitude of levels. And how lovely that you made some new friends to share their dinner with you and reconnected with an old one. 💕🌸💕

Lots of sand and clay. Been a hot dry summer. Looks like me doing my own yard 😊 Keep on keeping on you have made so many feel relief. That can not do all that hard work any longer.
