I am from Nakano and I am still live in Nakano, a pure Nakanoan, I believe. (had a few years living in out of country though). 1990, I was 16 and I had no idea to record my personal life, such as streets, road signs, shops and vending machines... Now, somebody had uploaded this video and by chance I took a look... Boy, I have to say huge thanks to Lyle san for this video. This video reminds me that, "Hey, your ordinary life are something special. You have to understand that." Vending machines in this video had reminded me a lot. I would like to say thank you to Lyle san for uploading this video, this is a gem for Nakanoans whom living in that Era.

北口改札なつかしい！
1990年にはもう北口広場の駐輪場あったんだっけ。
ただの大きな広場というか公園があってミャンマーフェスとかやってたなぁ。
たしかあまりの大音響に苦情が殺到して3年目で中止になった記憶がある。
当時大妻の裏に住んでたけどうっすら聞こえたもんな笑
友人のミャンマー人と何回も行ったけど今はただの通路と殺風景なバス停だね...
北口バス停あったんだ！知らなかった！
サンプラザはやはり昔の方が綺麗
まじ、中野駅降りて、サンプラと区役所ぬけて、中央中の前通って、野方通り下がって、野方巡り。苦笑
高円寺の人間にとって自転車で遊びにいった中野はこのイメージ。今じゃ警察学校も無くなって大学やビール会社の誘致、材木商だった辺りは現在再開発（直前に写真だけは撮っておいた）で随分変わってしまったな。綺麗になったけど活気がなくなった気がする。この動画を見て数年前に早稲田通り沿いと思われる石畳の路地を見にいったけど既になかった。JRの方針もあるけどアホが同じような開発しかできないから街の個性がなくなって行く気がする。
バス亭、便利でしたね。サンプラザも、半年もすれば取り壊しですね。
懐しい！
中野体育館のある通りは今と同じ感じですね。
区役所の周辺は大規模な工事によって整備されてガランとしてます。
うなぎ安いですね
