7 Finesse Heavies in World of Tanks: Console

- I'm looking at 7 tanks that are either overlooked or not played well by the general public; however, when played with a certain finesse, these tanks go from o=mondane to something extraordinary. And I'm not talking about good players making any tank look better than the average player; I'm talking about these ones, particularly being very powerful. Ones that I would fear coming up against if played right.

Have to agree a good tank can improve a player, but a good player can improve an already good tank. I've gone over to tanks that make me learn, and then grind the lines until I really learn them. Sticking to just 4 lines for now - US mediums, US turret TDs, French lights and Russian heavies. One of my favourite tanks is the IS-6, not because it's great but because that weaker gun forced me to learn to aim, and when to use premium ammo. Easy OP tanks get boring, harder to master tanks keep the challenge in the game. Great video, very thought provoking, thanks for sharing CG

Can you explain more about the game mechanics? Side scraping... Wn8... And other stuff and which tanks do well using those mechanics?
Recently got the 215b and it is a challenge to play! Would you consider doing a tutorial/how to be successful with that one?

@@JW20084 if only it were that easy! The turret isn't perfect, and if you show just a bit of engine deck...poof, fire! There's definitely finesse to playing this tank.
What would you rank the is 7 or obj 277?
IS-7 is insanely good. Top 5 for me.
The IS-7 is one of the best tanks in the game right now. I didn’t include it in this particular list but it would easily make others. The 277 is a weird one. I don’t personally see a need for it in my garage because of things like the IS-7, Obj 260, and the one that is the same but better, the WZ-111 5A. All my opinions though

Had to re-watch the video and I love the way the enemy just sits there and let you shoot them. They literally ignore you. It seems like you have an algorithm that gives you preferential matchmaking. 😮 By the way I'm still waiting for your challenge, I'd like you to see you post a video on somebody else's account. 😂
The sad thing is, I used to watch your videos and learn how to play the game because you were pretty informative. That's when the game was relevant. This game is devolved into a hot mess. The world of bots. I'm the unicorn of bots. Who freaking cares. 😂
SOme of the clips used in the video were from coop mode. I just needed the tanks featured in the background so I didn't mide whipping out coop for footage. As for playing on another account, that will be very soon.
@@CloneGuy by the way dude I'm not saying it's your fault that the game is a hot mess. I'm just tired of the contributors ignoring the fact that the game is manipulated by the server. I played this game long enough to realize that things have changed in the game. It used to be that skill mattered. It still does but not like it did. You literally can be idle in the cap without playing the match and still maintain a 49 percent win ratio. The idea that one person can carry a team to victory with a 60% win ratio is ridiculous. You might be able to do it with a platoon but the server controls too much of the game. The lopsided RNG between winning and losing teams is so noticeable it is hard to ignore. Nobody wants to touch the subject. Rikki-Tikki-Tavi did a video on the fact that his tank would catch on fire consistently when he was the last tank standing. He showed four instances where he called it during gameplay. Of course, wargaming probably got on him and said quit talking about it. Space bandit has shown video where ghost shells are prevalent and that the server determining where his shots land. Wargaming has got their thumb on the scale. I can't stand it because I like to perform at a high level and the server is fighting against me. My player rating is 7818. It's not great but it's not bad. My WN8 fluctuates around 1900 to 2600 depending on the tank I'm playing on a 30-day rolling average. I know how to play the game and I know how to use my detection circle and my vision circle and how to allow the gun Bloom to catch up with the aim time and all of the stuff that matters and weak spots. But it doesn't do any good to shoot weak spots if the shot lands outside the aiming circle and only tracks the vehicle. Or you're shooting a 340 mm penetration shot into the bottom plate of another tank and it bounces off of 90 mm. It's inexplicable BS. It's an anti seal clubbing algorithm. I used to play the game and get killed consistently for stupid stuff. That's how I learned how to play the game in one of the reasons why my player rating is 7800 because I shot my stats to pieces in the very first year learning how to play because I had a snake bite light tank that I would just YOLO all the time. My player rating would be a lot higher if I only calculated the first 6 years instead of 7. 😂 Anyways dude have a good day but let's be honest. The game's a hot mess
There’s a lot to unpack in this comment and I agree that the game is a hot mess. Unlike the other creators, I will not be making one or two videos on all the matters at once. I will be covering one thing at a time so that they are digestible for all. Don’t worry, I’m still very much on the players’ side. I’m just being more tactful with my discoveries and videos to not come off as mad or hotheaded.
@@CloneGuy thank you for your consideration. I know that you have had your round and round with wargaming. Specifically with their old community manager the cat lady I can't remember her name. Anyways, it'll be people such as yourself that shed light on these issues. The veterans of the game deserve better treatment from Wargaming. We are personally vested in their game because of the fact that we have thousands of hours playing the game. And some of us have considerable monetary investments in the game from purchasing these premium tanks. I want the game to be successful because it is a challenging game however I do not want my gameplay to be enhanced or diminished by a hidden hand called program good luck bad luck RNG as a way of balancing the game. Basically wargaming has made all of the tiers low-level tier gameplay. It used to be that the newer players played at the lower tiers and would learn the game but now they can jump in a tier 9 or tier 10 tank by way of premiums and expect to have the same performance that they did at the lower tiers. Wargaming can't have these new players failing miserably at the higher tiers where they don't belong. So they have to make a business decision and what is that, influenza game with a hidden hand that protects new players from stupid choices by nerfing experienced players abilities through programmed RNG. The experienced players used to be able to escape this madness through the tier 10 7vs7 matchups that we used to have with big prizes. That no longer exists what a shame. At least the experienced players could slug It out with more experienced players and if noobs wanted to go in there and get destroyed so be it. If I remember right it was called Ranked Battles. Look at how many unicorns and pre-unit come players have quit. This is tragic and is a death spiral for a game. Wargaming may not be interested in saving their game but at least the commentators should point them in the right direction. Hopefully you'll have the courage to do it as you have done before. Hopefully you won't be silenced like they tried to do the last time they messed up and you called them out.

I was about to say. Please reassure me and tell me some of these battles were played in Coop because I have never seen so many bots at Tier X, not even when playing in the middle of the night. If that was multiplayer, the game really IS dead...
Unfortunately, only two were played in coop. I recorded this on Memorial Day into the next day, 10 in the morning mind you, and there were so many bots. I said, screw it, and played the last 2 in coop.
Nobody cares about this game because it's dying. With the programmed predetermined outcomes nobody cares. With the programmed RNG to cause you to lose. Such a great game and yet the developers are so greedy for money that they sell high tier premiums and put in ant-seal clubbing mechanism in the game to try to make it fair so the skilled players don't seal club the new players. The game is a joke.
