i bought the gt4,really wanted google to do something good with the 2,but disapointed again,love the gt4 really glad i got it

The only reason i love all Huawei GT smart watches line IS how long battery lasts...i have apple and galaxy smart watch but because how fast batteries die on those watches i use gt 2 pro and planning to get gt 4 pro...
I had the dark gray watch for, for just half a week, and I love it! Great tracking, as well as a beautiful watch to have on the wrist. I also love the way you can set up those shortcuts to save you from scrolling the watch any time you need a reading.
Why don't we get such a good battery life on apple's and Samsung's ?

Huawei when will you sort out nfc pay so it can be used in the UK!! I have had two huawei watches and still using my huawei watch gt2 but now thinking of buying a new one and currently looking at the tic pro 5 and amazfit balance which both have nfc. This is the only thing which is letting you down.
Can you give up your thoughts on Redmi Watch 4?
Huawei watches seem to be up there with the best. I have a GT2 and the functions and battery life are great
I had my GT2 since it came out and until the screen had burn-ins and became Semi unresposive. My Girlfriend gifted me a GT 4.

Yeah I've had mine now for over 3 years and battery still lasts 10 days, I just wish it had nfc.

So after more inspection with the problem I have with the GT4 heart-rate sensor during a workout the accuracy is actually perfect no problem at all,the problem is the HR sensor during normal day to day use when there is no exercise mode on it goes to 151 bpm which is fine but then just stays there and won't go above it no matter what .Would anyone have a reason why this would be?

Hello to everyone! Between the Wach 4 Pro and the GT 4 which is the best choice for fitness and health tracking? The watch 4 pro comes with full harmony os, and the gt 4 with lite version,and the watch pro came with ecg sensor. I want to buy and I can't decide which one is the best choice, battery life is not a problem for me. Regards and happy new year to everyone!
I have the GT4, because it is lighter on the wrist. I had it just over half a week, and love it so far. I have the dark gray watch. Great tracking, as well as a beautiful watch to have on the wrist. I also love the way you can set up those shortcuts to save you from scrolling the watch any time you need a reading.
Enjoy your reviews (even the sponsored ones). I would love to get one of these nice watches. However, I'm in Canada & we don't have access to the more advanced health features. I don't know if Health Canada is being difficult or if Huawei doesn't care enough about the Canadian market to bother applying for approval.
They honestly look really good.too bad people don't look at smartwatches as luxury as regular watches.

What's the app at 4:10.? Only thing stopping me is lack of google maps navigation view on the watch.
That is petal maps. I have it on my phone and use it in the car.
No google services, no app store…. But i just get green one just becoz of good looking😄👍🏻

Ive had the Huawei Watch 4 Pro since launch and i love it, i can get two weeks battery life with the AOD on.
Dont buy one without the Ti strap as you wont be able to buy the strap later on.

Yes but I don't really use any of the features, just the time and notifications.
@@justinmamo all notifications are sent to the watch and you can choose what notifications watch can display so no need for apps
Best watch ever.. Gt4 I got a month.. Not used 24/7.. Then I got the gt3 pro and nearly two months battery life not used 24/7. Used gt3 pro for a week 24/7 and you can get 2 weeks.
You have a way with words 😂, ive the Samsung watch 4 but sick of having to charge it every 24 hours, definitely looking to chaning it up

You said there is a 100 discount for watch 4 pro, but all i can get with your code is 66 pounds off, can use only one code, so a bit misleading.
Fantastic watch but without esim support in the UK it's not worth the extra money over the gt model. As far as I can tell only Vodafone supports esim for huawei watches but their internet speeds are poor with very limited 5g coverage.
Will probably send mine back and stick with the gt2 pro until Samsung can produce a nice watch with esim and decent battery life...
Best watches ever but no mention the assistant on the watch only works with a Huawei phone and also Huawei Pay doesn't work either in the UK. Im not sponsored so i can tell you these things 😉
The assistant dose work without a Huwaei phone, I have the Watch 4 Pro, and it works with my S23U.
AI Voice is only available with an EMUI 10.1 or later phone. That's what my GT 4 says on the watch screen when I try to start the assistant.

I also have the GT3 pro, the assistant dosnt work on that unless you have a Huwaei phone but it dose on the Watch 4 Pro with a S23.
I guess the GT series need a Huwaei phone because thay run a cut down OS, the Watch 4 OS is based on Android, and the assistant needs to work standalone because it supports esim, although I don't use esim.
The ultimate watch is a sexy but of kit!

It is almost a good fitness watch but... Heart rate is inaccurate (for me) when running as it locks on to my running cadence not heart rate so I have to use an external sensor. The GPS track is inaccurate (smoothed) so you cut corners, lots of broad sweeps. It does not upload HR data to Strava. It does not link to TrainingPeaks. You can't download the data directly (.fit or .tcx formats) so essentially a closed ecosystem. No calendarised structured training. No website to peruse running data. In fact, come to think of it, not a good fitness watch.😐

Why cant we install apps to these watches? Huawei watches always look incredible but not being able to install apps makes them not that smart imo. I have gt2e and buying gt4 wouldn't make that much difference for me. I would trade battery life for some smart features. Wear os devices does that I believe. Being smart makes the battery life short but I'm ok with that. I think I need a galaxy watch.
They don't have Google services, so no app store

Didn't see your edit, but yeah get a Galaxy Watch. I got the 4 Classic two years ago, I still have it, and it's the best piece of tech I've ever had.

I have a GT3 but it used a different codec than north american cars use and so using it while driving was a disaster.
Screen also cracked.

@@gantenbeinable North American cars use a different codec than Chinese cars. The watch expects a Chinese codec and doesn't sync properly

Without dedicated Android apps, to integrate the watch, I don't understand how you can recommend any Huawei watch. For anybody new getting into smart/fitness watches, they're awful to get running WHEN they don't go smoothly , the troubleshooting is a deal-breaker.

@@lasue7244 yeah I feel you on that one for sure. I sent from getting 10+ days on my GT2 Pro to 2 days on the Galaxy Watch 4 classic. BUT feature wise, the Huawei are basic, no NFC, no apps, extremely limited notifications.

Honestly never understood the hype behind smartwatches. If I wanna tell the time or read a notification I’ll look at my phone
If you don't wear watches in the first place, then you will never understand it. It's just not for you, and that is fine.
My use-case (I’m a diabetic): I use my Apple Watch 5 which is paired to my iPhone SE (sorry Chris 😂) which is paired to my glucose sensor to have a look at my glucose level without having to pull out and unlock my phone.
Apart from fitness tracking, it's much easier to look at my watch for GPS direction when I'm on bike

Unlock/unarm your house, start your car, order an Uber, I can order food, basically leave my phone behind and go for a run with music and the Nike app synced, the possibilities are endless. I feel like you just lack the technological know how to use one.
In your defense, these watches are not very... Smart. From the quick skim through there's no third party app store for third party apps, so I guess this does look very basic.
