Lmfaooo this is actually insane. Imagine you come home and someone is just tearing up your driveway 😂
Happens more then you think especially in roofing
What legitimate business pays a customer to prove their company is on the up and up?😂
I was once asked to transfer $ 1.00 Mx (equivalent to 5 cents in US dollar), to show that the money transfer system was working OK.
And some very complex contracts, usually in the hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars demand that you present a third party bond for the amount of the punishment for not completing the contract, only payable if you indeed broke the contract.
Yea that doesn't even sound remotely right as soon as i hear that NOOPE
None
Scam.
Where did common sense go?
"He was claiming to be the owner..."
"I don't care if he was claiming to be GOD!" 🤣
Lmfao 😂🤣😆😁
She’s right, though.
@@amandadonaldson8748 😭😭😭
No one can claim to be God
No one can claim to be God,judge Judy shouldn't have said thAt
Judy is cracking up and I’m living for it
Adorable!!!!😂
Those two dufuses don’t know where to look! Up, down, left, right, maybe even under the carpet 😂😂😂
Judy laughing at this dude and he gets all mad and flustered hahaha
Typical scam. Tear up part then charge them to fix it.
Don’t they have to normally do the fixing for free? Or were they hoping they can push the plaintiff around ?
Actually, the scammEE - regarding the $300 - are the defendants. Unfortunately, they destroyed the plaintiff's driveway and are responsible for fixing it or paying to have it fixed.
😂😂😂😂😂This guy is making JJ bounce in her seat!
❤
And that's adorable 😂
🤣🤣
Boing boing boing boing!
I swear she's about to be flying out of it next she keeps getting any higher lol 😂
I can’t believe one of the defendants got away with saying “funny for you huh?” to JJ towards the end! The bailiff looked livid!
the defendant is scam company
Yes
And got scammed himself when he wired $300
Well-dressed fools and scammers, angry they were exposed for being so. Gary is particularly unstable.
"It's not a company it is a side hustle... A side hustle we do as a team full time for a living"
2:51 not JJ cracking up at Defendants stupidity 😂😂
You know its good when even Byrd is laughing 😂
These two guys got scammed for $300. The scammer picked an address out of thin air and told them that was the address for the PHONY JOB. But that does not absolve them of the fact that they were NOT hired by the property owner to replace her driveway.
Yes - I read too many of these scams on reddit about people doing this to small businesses
Don't the defendants realize JJ is always 10 steps ahead of them when she asks her questions 😂
I don’t think the guy realises much at all really.
They literally got scammed for $300 lmao
… and destroyed someone’s private property over it 😂😂😂
They got scammed and now trying to scam JJ with that crazy dance around the bush they're doing! It's getting on my nerves!
These Defendants fell for a scam 🤦🏼♀️ craftsmen need to be smarter. Never ever agree to agree to do a job without a site visit
They did a site visit, but neither the alleged homeowner nor the actual homeowner were present.
Amend your statement to say, “ … to do a job without a site visit where the property owner is not on site with you” and you’ve got the whole enchilada.
I love you Judge Judy . 40 years ive been enjoying your entertainment and you never lose it !
omg this scammer saw him a mile off. Even if someone wants to do that wire $1 not $300 hahaha 😂
@@angelakelly3679 yea fr he, probably made that up to act like he got scammed and is a victim too, instead of him getting exposed for trying to scam the lady
I'm mesmerized by defendants multi-layered chins
Damn the shade at the end. "You weren't smart ... which is clear to me how this happened!"
JJ: "Don't make yourself look foolish." TOO LATE!!!
These guys are scammers.
This is an ongoing Scam where they come and tear up your driveway and try to FORCE you to hire them to replace it.
His "I was a Victim" Story is just that a STORY
He got scammed, they do this a lot but how crazy that he would do a job and not get a contract signed.
Small town perhaps? Small IQ perhaps? They kind of seem there’s two brain cells between them, and they’re fight for a bronze medal 🤷🏻
The defendant in the dark shirt is ridiculous. Keeps saying no, but then, when questioned about why he disagrees, he says yes... 😩
I remember watching this episode on TV ! They were 2 fools 😂
JJ laughing her ass off 😂😂😂😂😂
literally I can't even contain my own laughter just as she describes this idiotic scenario 😂
The Ds must be two of the dumbest ever on this show!
Aren’t these men old enough to know a scam?! Sheesh 🙄
JJ: Don't make yourself look foolish
Me: Boat has already sailed on that one, Judge
I love when Judge Judy has fun with a case like this 😆
Judy: "Don't make yourself look foolish."
Me: "Too late!"
Defendant "It was a big scam..."
Dumb and Dumber actually seemed to think Judy needed to be told that. I have total faith that she figured it out when reading the complaint and the answer. The moment the "customer" asked for the money was the second I'd have known there was no driveway job. The two stooges there didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. Then they started work without a written contract.
These guys are a pair of dopes!! Even JJ is laughing in their faces! LOL!!
JJ laughing and then immediately going into serious mode is my favorite 😂
When JJ starts laughing 😂😂
I think the title to this video should have been a diff one, something like “contractor gets scammed and ruins driveway while at it” 😂😂
Judy Ma'am about to lose her shit. 😂
Judge Judy is great!
In the words of Fred G. Sanford, "You big dummy!!!"😆😂
😂😂😂
But you have to say it with a gravel-y voice 😊
This guy keeps refuting what she says, then when she tells him to explain, he repeats exactly what she said 😂
JJ: This is what you do for a living?
D: No, this was a side job. I’m a cement mason.
JJ: What do you do for a living?
D: Cement masonry.
JJ: So this isn’t a side job, but what you do for a living.
D: Yes.
JJ: You wired them $300, correct?
D: Incorrect.
JJ: How did you send the money?
D: Wired.
WTAF?!! 😂😂😂 No wonder dude got scammed.
That's why you never do anything halfbaked
fr
Byrd loved this one.
3:17 defendant with attitude says “funny for you huh”
No man, its funny for all of us 😂😂
JJ got me on crying 😂
afternoon Judy crew! on my lunch break watching.
Aunt Judy..... I need part two! 😂
There is a part 2
@@lostintime8651 I know I watched I commented on it before they put it out
@@lostintime8651 They make these idiotic comments right after they watch a part of a case as if they are requesting life-saving medications from a nurse... 🙄
_"I need part 3 now!"_
_"Where's part 2"_ etc.
There's a special place in hell for scammers
Yes!!!! Terrible people
It’s a touch warmer there, or so I hear. I’m not going there unless I mess up the next two or three years really badly!
This reminds me of the story that Hal Roach (who produced Laurel & Hardy comedies) told Jay Leno when he was a guest on the Tonight Show at age 100. His film company had bought a house with the intent of wrecking it as part of a movie plot. They did--only to find out they were at the wrong address and the owners were merely away on vacation.
🤦🏻
Just made my lunch... yes!
I love how Byrd is laughing his ass off.
He has to be the dumbest business owner. He did not think why he would need to send $300 instead of a lower amount such as $1 to test the validity of the account!!!
I remember this one completely.
What I don't understand is why if THEY got scammed, THEY lost money, THEY were wrong and THEY went to a random house and tore up an innocent person's driveway, WHY ARE THEY ANGRY AT HER?
Oh, how awful for both parties. People can be so mean.
I finished part 2....I take back what I said. Lol
And this is why you always get confirmation from the person in the house before destroying someone's driveway
Bro is going through the anger stage of grieving his dead brain cell.
I can see how it happened too JJ! And Heyyy JJLC!! 😂🤣🥳
Hey 👋 JJLC 🎉😂
👋
Byrd’s face at the beginning of the scam discussion 😹
Quotes a person $6,000 for a driveway but gets upset about having to pay $4,000 for a new driveway.
This is gonna be a good one 😂
Her laughs 🤣🤣gotta love her😂😂😂
Sad note… scammers are everywhere… how sad…
These dudes are screwed! 😃
BRO I LAUGHIN SO HARD RIGHT NO JJ you wrong 🤣🤣🤣
I love Byrd’s reaction and how he is looking at the defendants.
It was a scam from the beginning..
Dinner time with JJ 😋👩🏻⚖️
The defendants got scammed, too, by the sounds of it.
They weren't scammed. They set the whole thing up. The "owner" of the property was actually an exchange between themselves.
@@RayMon504 You should check out Part 2 - the scam they fell into is explained by JJ there.
Why is the second defendant looking so confused 😂😂
Did the defendants just fall off the turnip truck.
I have never seen Judge Judy laugh like this.
This is actually crazy 😅 What business mistakes a contract and jackhammers a random person's driveway 😂😂
That Gary Gomez guy had a serious attitude problem.
They got scammed and messed up her driveway 😮
"Oops my bad"-Derpy hooves MLP
Judge Judy is so much smarter than these two fools
How do people get scammed this easily
Defendant is ridiculous
...These guys can't be real...what business sends money to their customers? Why the hell didn't they ask for a deposit? The only thing I can think of is if somebody within the business knew about the request or a past customer got the same request and decided to scam the business. Easy money
Scam any one asking for money.
Man legitimately fell for a Nigerian prince scam
Byrd's face 3:20 😂
who in their right mind would send someone 300 dollars for a job that you are doing for them? that says scam immediately smdh
The defendant is pathetic.
The defendants got scammed 😂😂😂
😂😂😂 this is really cracking up JJ
"Funny for you, Huh?" Is a WILLLDDD card to play on her 💀💀
The defendant with the glasses may some day be in prison for a violent crime with his anger problem.
That defendant in light blue is aggressive!
geez.,..even I a naiv old man knew the text message was a scam
This was funny. I couldn't help but laugh, too. Someone is hiring you, and you are sending them money makes no sense.
This is a new one… scammers are getting smarter - but jeez if anyone deserves to be scammed it’s these bozos!
This is a good one !!
Those guys got scanned
The defendants are two knuckleheads.
Hey, lunch crew
Pasta salad check in deliciousness
Hello
👋
This is the dumbest scam I have ever heard. How do you fall for something like that if someone is telling you that you need to pay them in order for you to work for them it is obviously a scam like this dude has no business being in business at this point.
Who wires someone money who is supposed to pay you for a job? They want you to prove you are real but how about them proving they were real? I mean come on it just seems so foolish that I hardly feel bad for the guy getting scammed.
Wait til JJ finds out about Apple Cash.
Blue shirt looks shady. How dumb do you have to be to send an alleged client money to get hired?
Biggest scam around. Happens all the time. N
"Send me $300 dollars, and I'll send you $6,000"
😂 These guys are real idiots for falling for such an obvious scam. I don't think they have it in them to run a business if they fall for that so easily! 🤣
His hair is very satisfying to look at 👀.
