@@ademferman2992 It's looks like you won't have the affordability. Maybe a family member can join you in the purchase to increase how much you can afford.
Excellent source of info in this vid people. I initially had my attempts for a mortgage rejected several times on the high street until I checked my credit report and noticed linked names, open accounts; which I did not apply for, and many search attempts to apply for credit fraudulently. I had these issues addressed and removed by reporting them online, obtaining a crime ref no, and then referring to the companies to have these removed from my file. It took two months to get this resolved until I had a mortgage approved. Btw Saj, whilst watching this I noticed how much you look a lot like that saudi foreign minister Adel al-Jubeir.
Wow.... how I wish I knew all this about a month ago 😪 things would have been different for me and my family now.....we moved to Liverpool about 8 months ago so we decided to buy a house 🏠 I got a mortgage adviser we was so nice and good at his job things went so well we got the mortgage from one of the big lender we so happy the house was going to ready in June this year......to cut ✂️ the story short I submitted my prove of funds and they they saw in my bank statement that I had an amount that was a gift the lender was informed and they had to check my credit again and they saw 2 default that was a total of 450 and as result we lost the mortgage only to find out it was that was in my file that had to do with family member about 5 years age for one and the other was 3 years old.......so its important to look after your credit..... thanks for this info 👍
Also, do not use things like Klarna and Deko to 'buy now and pay later in instalments' for big purchase items. I learnt the hard way that using these 0% interest loan facilities adversely affects your score. If I had realised this, I would have happily waited and rather saved up for the purchase.
@@TheChromeCookie I initially thought so too, infact I was trying to boost my score when I opted to use one, but I think they view those as 'personal loans' and don't consider them in the same light as maybe a credit card when it comes to your score. So yes, be careful.
Does it cost to transfer money over to your credit from your debit to clear your debt monthly? And does the more amount of money you borrow then clear monthly increase your score quicker?
Hi Saj i was just researching into this. ive never had to take out loans in the past because im financially stable however i understand that its important to use credit cards if you want to improve your score which is what im trying to do now so my question is for first timer what credit card company do i go borrow from? any suggestions ?
Use the free trial for credit monitoring from one of the agencies. They will promote cards to you they think will be suitable for you. If you are paying off in full each month it is not that important who the card is from.
Most of the comparison websites now give you an indication of whether you will get a particular card. If you don’t have much history I probably wouldn’t go applying for a top rated platinum card as if you get declined this can have an impact on future applications. If you pay your card off each month as Saj has said it doesn’t matter which you get. Once opened, have one that you never close as average length of credit is a factor in your score. In fact probably best getting a card from who you bank with, lots of these are preapproved as they can see what is coming in and going out each month.
Great Video Saj Sir. My cradit score is good 999. However i have personal lone which is I am paying on monthly basis by direct debit. If i clear the lone full payment by next week. how long will take to disappear on experian . Thank you

Nice video, good content, but how dose a multiple buy to let mortgages impact your credit file or credit worth , because a buy to let landlord could have four to five properties mortgages on their file , and they want to buy more properties. How dose the mortgage company looks at this ?

How so? Doesn't it add to your score as long as you pay it on time?

I'm not familiar with Klarna and Deko. However, buy now pay later are still loans that will show up on your credit file.

No, there should not be a cost for this.

Usually within 1 month cycle.
Is it possible to have a good credit score with a CCJ/Default ?
Probably not
@@TheSajHussain it is, I have a default and my credit score is in the good section on Experian and equifax
will paying off my personal loan improve my credit score as i dont have any credit cards
Not necessarily, it's good to have some active credit.

Several mortgages is not a problem. Doing several consecutive credit checks (maybe for mortgages) can have a negative impact.

With offshore credit cards and bank accounts, one can simply boycott this absurd credit score system. 😉
If you are looking to borrow money in the UK then you will need to manage your credit file.
