@@TheSajHussain thanks for taking the time to respond. Just so I’m clear a buy to let property that’s in my personal name needs to be put into a Limited Liability Partnership first before creating a limited company to transfer to. Would the ltd company I set up then need to buy the property from the LLP.
Whats your take on the Property P2P sector? Obviously any investment would be widely diversified among various separate property P2P to lower risks. Currently yield 7.5 to 8% and can be held in IFSA. Definitely not as safe as a bank account though.
@@TheSajHussain Hi Saj, great channel. Property Peer2Peer, sites like Crowdproperty, Kuflink , purely as a property side investment as max 10% investors assets as FCA rules. Thanks Richard
Hi Saj. Great video from a new Sub! I’m saving for my first property for a BTL however I’m also a first time buyer. I assume I’ll have more hoops to jump through but if you have any advice it would be much appreciated. Thanks Liam
Thanks for the sub Liam. Get a good independent mortgage broker to review your situation and scan the whole market to see what mortgage products you can access.
Yes, seems to be an active City. However, it's important to fully understand the micro-markets in any area that you are considering. I can go in to more detail on the Monday Live Q&A if you want to ask it there.
Hi Saj. Great talk. I am a new investor in this sector and I have formed a company. But I wonder how do I start the BRRR. Do I need the full cash to buy the property first and then use more cash all from my own or I can start with a 75% mortgage first and then renovate by my own money etc. I am a full time worker and I need a good agent to manage as well as you recommended.

I'm in a bit of a conundrum my budget limits me to investing in high yield low capital growth areas I know i can get some decent cash flow from this area as it is bang in the city centre and want to buy a few properties there to generate the cash flow and invest in better properties. The growth is about 1.5% a year!
Really good and easy to follow content. Thanks for making these videos. I have just start my property investment journey and find these to be a great resource. Do you have a contact for further guidance and mentoring. Thanks

Great content, any advice on how to transfer a buy-to-let in your personal name into a limited company. Thanks
The most common method for Section 24 purposes is to convert the business into an LLP and then into a Limited company.

8:50 damn no capital growth. That's pretty bad. Still better than paying someone's mortgage and being left with nothing.
