Who else thinks the maverick B in the premium A10 are better than the mav D in the A10 late because of the zoom. The aim65D are borderline unusable at 10.0, having to get closer to sams to distinguish what you are firing at
Yeah, the resolution and fov on the 65ds is straight up wrong
@@jbeverley67 they arent, the D's are "better" because the missle has an IR camera instead of a TV one
We should be able go use them with the custom loadouts tho
I prefer low zoom TV sight over high zoom TV sight. Large field of view let you use the screen to search and spot while with high one level zoom of TV sights on F-4E or A-10 Early you can't really search unless you were at 15km from the battle, I literally use them only to lock on an already spotted target by my eyes from 3rd person view or a scouted target by a friendly IFV, not mentioning the annoying very low sensitivity on F-4E and A-10 Early high level zoom TV sights. I increase "Sensitivity in Zoom" every time I spawn in F-4E or A-10 Early or use keyboard buttons to move the sight widely and slightly adjust with mouse.

Recently bought the premium A-10. Still need to practice with the guided munitions but it is worth the monies.

I can see why they may have delayed custom weapon loadouts for a while on this thing, getting four aim 9's with whatever ground support option would've been insane. Day 39 of waiting.
Carrying Mavericks and GBU-8 in the same loadout will be something too :D

Hey Hunter nice vid as always :D would u recomend getting the Premium A-10 ? since i consider buying a US Aircraft but dont know if the A 10 or harry is more worth it for fast gring ._.
Depends on what you have and/or like to play, for the harrier you can spawn once so you dont need a lineup, in ground you need to first use a ground tank to than get enough spawnpoints to get in the a10, also the harrier is faster but doesnt have the 30g all aspect but can kill anything at its br so depends on what u want
I’m not hunter but I actually do recommend this aircraft, when it lacks with speed and energy it makes up for it with its ordinance and it’s devastating 30 Mike Mike anti anything cannon, has a butt load of flares so you can basically periodically have your flares active all game and still have some if a missile gets too close, the AV-8A is not bad you get flares and nice AIM9Gs but they aren’t all aspect and have a tendency to go for flares, in conclusion if you wanted to grind out the American textree then the A10A or even the F-5c is a great way to grind
basically a10 - CAS with decent self defense capabilities (all aspect air-to-air missiles) but harrier for air rb
Harrier for air rb, A-10 for ground rb. Both are phenomenal aircraft in their own right, and both can function in either mode.
If you want the fastest grind honestly the hairier would be better it’s pretty good but ofc the a10 is cooler and more fun but you get whacked in the a10 90% of the time and you juts can’t farm like you can with harrier

TV bombs are great on fast planes like Phantom and MiG-27, for A-10 I think 6 Mavericks are better.

Just press missile fire button and you will see a small green square blinking two centimeters below guns crosshair, this the Maverick sight from 3rd person view.

1- Forget about Yak
2- BMK was good when air spawn was available in Air RB, spamming bomb bases was worth
3- I would choose the MiG-21s and grind Su-7BKL instead of buying BMK. MiG is fun in both Air and Ground RB, it also has radar missiles at 9.7 which is something unique :)
Maverick is good and all, but Guided bomb is just *French kiss*

Really well played! Not as many allies USA/Brits players who stupidly die and have no back up or never go cap while you do all the job for win. Or some times rush the ennemy spawn after capping in place of take position and defend.... 7.7 to 10.0 is so painfull, even in plane. Soviet/German dominate totally

Ok this was sick. Can you please tell me your keybinds because whenever I use the gbu's on my a10. The camera lock acts up and they don't drop properly then they fly wherever they want not where I thought I have locked. Please help!!!!

It helped out a bunch, now i'm launching them with some percentage of success xD I get the odd dead bomb flying straight down wherever i release it but i think that might be due to either my AOA or i'm switching backto my tv cam and changing the lock but I swear I've seen you lock multiple tanks in one run?
these heli grinds... i prefer russian helis over russian planes as CAS but fuk that grinding on them even with premium account.. is a heli pve a good place to grind them?
It is a relaxing environment to grind with no real effort but less rewards, the good thing about it is you can finish a whole battle without dying once, so you will not waste a lot of time dying a lot like in Heli EC.
I came here for the a10 carnage but that first clip of the AH1F heli got you the like.
What's so weird to me, and no knock to you, are the elevations you choose to attack at.
I get it's with mavericks but isn't that where SAMs/more potent AA can easily get you? Can you even dodge 2s6 missiles and stuff from that high?
It is 9.7 plane .. 2s6 is 10.7 .. so you don't see it much :)

am i the only one who uses stealth belts at the A-10? I mean i never saw an A-10 video with tracer rounds coming from the GAU. Yes, ground belts are more effective, but imo stealth belts are much more realistic...!

Both of the A-10s are literally identical; they should both be able to carry the same armaments as well as the same amount. But as usual Gaijin says "fuck you" to US and artificially limits and nerfs the A-10s.

It is CCIP for guns (available for some modern planes), you can also change crosshair shape in options :)

Why is my aiming reticle different when i press "V" to AIM the rocket on A10 it shows only 4 lines not like yours? And it almost never hit the target

@@Hunter_i86 oh rly, well idk but for me, the agm is not so precise, if i move the small reticle after the lock, it messes up the rocket
@@ArtyMan94 The small reticle one use is to cancel the lock if you get it out of the box. Don't do that, also ignore it, just use "lock weapon air to ground" button to lock\unlock Maverick missile.

How do you "paint" an area with the red square to designate where the camera will zoom? Have been trying to figure this out the longest of time without sucess. As it is now i pre-lock or reset the tracker but the red square seems to make it so much easier.
Activate Target Point button. Try to not put the marker exactly on the spotted target, the TV screen will freeze, put the mark around him)
