    • @judithroque4009
      @judithroque4009  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Matthew Valadez it’s safer to use boneless chicken in Itaki so then you can cut it smaller and it cooks thoroughly. I’m surprised at how many people love adobo😁 very popular dish.

      Usually Itaki is on for 30 min or so... it will keep cooking for as long as there’s water in the base. Once the water is gone it shuts off automatically.

      Evelyn Aguirre I don’t notice a lot of smell but every person is different. When I take it to work I’m careful not to pack food that would be smelly. Please see my other videos so if you have other questions you need answered.

    Where do you buy your fried onion/garlic seasoning??

    • @judithroque4009

      Most Asian stores have it. And if you have big grocery stores nearby they usually have international aisle that would have it.

    Do you know if you can cook quinoa in this? I'm trying to figure out if I could make a grain bowl.

    • @judithroque4009
      @judithroque4009  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      the brynth quinoa takes about as long as rice to cook so I think it’ll be ok in the Itaki. I personally haven’t tried it but because rice cooks very well in it I guess quinoa won’t be a problem. Hope this helps.

    This looks good but the sauce looks a bit loose. Perhaps a little cornstarch or arrowroot mixed into the soy/vinegar mix would help with that?
