- These are vegan friendly samosas and it's good for those who don't take meat you can have this as a substitute for beef. It's very nutritious and delicious To make this delicious tasty soya beans samosas you need.
Filling ingredients ( marinades)
- sossi soya minced 1 1/2 cup
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp Oil
- salt to taste
Frying
- 2Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 chilli peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup frozen peas (blanched)
- 1 bulb onions (finely chopped)
- spring onions 2 stalk
- dhania
- 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- lime juice 2Tbsp
Samosas wraps/Sheets /Pockets
this ingredients will give you a bout 60 wraps
- 5 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- water
- Oil for layers
