I liked how they increased the difficulty in this game by adding more enemies to fight. It made the combat aggressively faster although I do feel that the stealth parts were more difficult in "Arkham City" since it was easier to be spotted. This one focused more on combat.
They also crippled the controls during the Killer Croc fight. No matter how many times you mash that button when he's roaring in your face, you will take a hit.

Anhony Quinones Black Mask isn’t main villain material, the only way he could be is if he knew Bruce was Batman but he doesn’t and Rocksteady kinda doomed Black Mask to be a washed up ex crime boss by how they made him look in Arkham City so we all knew from 2011 that Black Mask would never be main villain material in the Arkham series
Well in terms of Black Mask from the comics. He was representative of a 'new' breed of organized criminal. Like how cartels are considered much more viscous than the more traditional and rule heavy mafia who are thought of as 'old-school'. He was portrayed as violent and dangerous to the point of psychopathy but unlike the Joker was not a lunatic or held back by mental problems like two-face. He also had at one time a 'false face society' which was his personal made-men who were meant to wear masks on the job. He could have been used to show the transition from the old guard of criminals like Rupert 'Boss' Thorne and Carmine 'The Roman' Falcone, into the age of costumed and masked freaks and the escalation of violence there in. In fact the Red Hood Gang could have been a copy cat group linking this to the Joker. With Batman having taken down the mobs in the previous two years of his career Black Mask rising to power could have really set the scene for a freak heavy Gotham. The whole assassin plot does suit him better than Joker. Black Mask was also hilarious. Under the Hood by Winnick shows off that side of him.

I don't know, my guess is that they probably didn't make Chesire seem more like a Batman villain in this game. But, something tells me that somewhere after Origins and before "Asylum" Batman did encounter Chesire some time ago.
What do you mean no subtitles? There was only a couple times I didn't see subtitles when the thugs were talking. There's plenty easter eggs in Gotham. Billboard of Ferris Aircraft(Carol Ferris is Green Lantern's girlfriend and boss), poster of Zatanna, The Flying Graysons, mention of Harvey Dent in the paper, the office of Dr. Young from AA, Aaron Cash's locker, and many more. Someone hasn't been paying attention. There are less easter eggs than in AC, but the count is certainly not small.

Either way, I would've much rather had them in the main story as one of the eight assassins instead of Killer Croc, Firefly and Electrocutioner who should've been just henchmen and side missions because unlike Cheshire, Black Spider and David Cain, these three, Killer Croc, Firefly and Electrocutioner aren't even assassins.

Ermac Robinson I agree. Her boss fight was crap as well. She was just a martial artist and ninja with a different skin; Her boss fight was better in the Initation DLC but not by a huge leap. I still think that the best fights in Arkham games are the ones where Batman just fights the villain and no one else: Deathstroke, Mr Freeze, Ra's al Ghul, TN-1 Bane, Killer Croc and Clayface are a few examples.
Electrocutioner was terrible, killer croc fight was too easy and had flaws, firefly fight was in batman like and cliche, I would have preferred black spider over copperhead.

I just dont understand why the warehouse in the steel mill was not on the actual challenge mode unless you download the knightfall. It was a very good combat arena, the challenge No Rest For the Wicked shouldve been on the regular challenge mode with an extreme on it.
How the hell does the guy standing RIGHT NEXT to an inverted takedown manoeuvre not shoot Batman in the face? In Arkham City that would happen all the time.
At 10:55 how does the crane rock and hit the wall when he pulled it from below the crane should have rocked the other way and do no damage to the wall but I guess anything can happen in this game, BECAUSE HE’S BATMAN!
Honestly I've found more easter eggs in this game than I ever found in Arkham City. At least, easter eggs I actually knew about. A lot of the easter eggs people point out in Arkham City seemed a lot more obscure to be honest. PhysX is only available on PC. And only PC's with Nvidia Graphics cards.
