What is Batman: Arkham Origins?
it is a 2013 video game developed by Warner Bros. Games Montréal and released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360 video game consoles, and Microsoft Windows. Based on the DC Comics superhero Batman, it is the successor to the 2011 video game Batman: Arkham City, and the third installment in the Batman: Arkham series. It was released worldwide on October 25, 2013.note
Arkham Origins moved development away from series creators Rocksteady Studios, and is written by Corey May and Dooma Wendschuh. The game's main storyline is set five years before that of 2009's Batman: Arkham Asylum and follows a younger and less refined Batman who has a bounty placed on his head by crime lord Black Mask, drawing eight of the world's greatest assassins to Gotham City on Christmas Eve. The game is presented from the third-person perspective with a primary focus on Batman's combat and stealth abilities, detective skills, and gadgets that can be used in both combat and exploration. Overall lacking in detail, but this felt more like Gotham to me than Arkham Knight did.

James Kenway Actually, look it up. It IS still considered cannon. And why does everyone hate. Sure it wasn't perfect, but it wasnt even made by rocksteady. They done there best, cut them some slack. It was still a pretty good game. I think it was just peoples expectations. But let that go, it was pretty decent. Not perfect, true, but decent. So, any arkham fan, dont skip it. Play it anyway.

Why is it always snowing? It was snowing in Arkham City and now in this one. Geez enough with the snow already,.. .. I want hot summer nights and the Batmobile and more sand-box free-roaming crime fighting.
A wild arkham knight appears... i don't know what season it is going to be in that game but for the rest you will get your wish. I can't wait for that game.

So Gotham is really horrible and cold. its the underbelly of new york. I understand why they made it snow all the time.

No it doesn't, it has a fast travel system inwhich you can call the batwing to pick you up and drop you off at certain locations
Is it just me or in the PC version of the game you can't initiate a glide kick after you have started your glide?

this game is for 5$ now on steam.. ALL Warner brother games are on sale now.. i will buy Arkham origins now for 5$

Well I bought the game months ago and I found out why there are just criminals and cops outside, it's because of the storm.

Origins. It is the 1st game in chronological order.
well don't need to buy this because i just arkham city seeing as this is just the same thing
it's actually alot different, the map is way bigger which makes for a better free-roaming experience, story isn't as good but still is great, combat system is largely the same. I would definitely recommend this game
+Crymal there are spots in arkham city that are destroyed that are obviously not in this prequel which is interesting to explore in origins
