It seriously set the bar very high for late night tv. It was the one show I was more than happy to sit up at night and watch and I'd laugh through so much of it. And it only got better when Josh joined the show.

Josh Robert Thompson does by far the best Morgan Freeman voice I have ever heard anyone do. When he first started doing it on The Late, Late show I was saying that there is no way in hell that is not Morgan Freeman doing the talking!!! I was a huge fan of this show and watched it practically every night. So I had to finally come to the realization that it wasn't Morgan Freeman doing the voice because CBS is way to cheap to pay him to come on the show every night just to do his voice at the right time.

I started watching Craig circa 2005 - 2006,
before Geoff could talk (I recently found out you did Geoff's prerecorded comments before puppeteering Geoff live).
I just wanted to thank you for the all the laughter and wit you brought to an already outstanding show. You and Craig are comedy gold, both together and as respective artists.
I'm sure going to miss this one of a kind show.

By far the single BEST Morgan Freeman impression on the planet. Not only does JRT kill the voice but to be able to hit a homerun when the man he's impersonating says bring it on....that's called Cold Blooded. Crazy respect to you Josh.

Morgan and Snoop Dogg have such soothing sounding voices, I could imagine either of them narrating "As a deadly cloud of corrosive gas approaches literally dissolving any solid matter it comes in contact with, knowing an agonizingly slow and painful death is close at hand" I would be calm and ready because they said so.
HaHa, that was great. Yeah, they could definitely make you feel relaxed in almost any situation. Snoop & Morgan should start a relaxation tape company & call it Free Doggie Dogg. Snoop would lay down a soothing rap while Morgan talked over it. They'd sell like hot cakes.
Snoop Dogg is hands down the smoothest rapper in existence. He doesn't have the greatest vocabulary (that honor goes to Aesop Rock) or the fastest flow (maybe Luda or Tech N9ne?) or intensity (probably immortal technique) but he does have the chillest vibe that is 100% unmatchable

I remember staying up way late Friday nights in high school to watch the show, I absolutely loved it! Wish I could have seen more, I miss it.
I can 100% say, though, I totally underappreciated Geoff at the time. I used to think he was a clunky addition that kind of detracted, but now I realize he was half the show, and a way more impressive act than I ever could have appreciated at the time! I need to go back and watch some old episodes again.
Man this was so much more than just a talkshow, it was pure art. Miss it so much. Still, looking forward to your next projects.

I never heard of this talk show is he new.
No he's pretty old like old age Kimmel and Fallon's time. Mid-late '2000s I believe. He's definitely more funny than Kimmel, Fallon and Corden. He's even better than Conan most nights but probably bc he flirts so much and there's a lot of innuendo on his show, he never became mainstream. He would've thrived on HBO tho since there's no age restriction on content there.
It's old and it ended because it was good, and only terrible talk shows are allowed to exist now.
