Joe - Got so many good tips on our zoom call and this snapper video. Not only did I get a great haul my last trip, I am sure I will be able to repeat this kind of result much more often now. Thank you so much for always being willing to share what you know to help others. We need more like you! Would highly recommend anyone who is part of this community to take advantage of all you are offering. Can’t wait to learn more!
i grew up fishing down there in the summer time with my Uncle that lived in ST Pete we loved fishing the pilings along side skyway bridge, and trout fishing on the flats. I live in Tennessee now and when i take the family down on vacation we rent a boat and do all those things, I miss all my uncles that passed and my Dad, we all had great times on that patch of water
Sorry brother I just made several attempts to purchase the shirt your wearing in this video and had no luck... it would take my information but would freeze up when it came to the shipping aspects, to bad I really do like your channel and this was actually going to be my first purchase on TH-cam. Either way I'm definitely looking forward to watching more fishing. Be safe and good luck.
It just won't give an option for shipping and you can't move forward without making a selection but there's no selection to make. I'll try again tomorrow.
I’m gonna let ya in on a little secret I found, while looking for steel leader at Walmart one day , all the hard steel leader was stiff, and somewhat expensive and I was looking for multi strand tha was pliable , I happens to go through the craft section of the store and saw what they call “beading wire “ it’s very thin multistrand I think it’s stainless steel plastic coated wire on a small spool it was only a couple of bucks I’ve caught up to a 5’ bonnet head on it and the knot on my 20lb flouracarbon gave out , I don’t know what pound test it is but it’s thin , tough as nails , and cheap , and you can tie it into knots , give it a try , I been my solution for toothy critters 👍🏼
Just an FYI but you should know this, any fish placed into you live well is considered in your Possession and must adhere to all size limits meaning u accidentally just admitted to possessing an illegal fish.(not gonna call the fwc or anything) but they have actually studied it and snapper that are released ASAP have a far more likely chance of survival than putting it in ur live well and waiting
great video man.. def buying the chum dispenser.... question where is the ledge at? fish that area all the time... but dont know where the ledge is...
No one will tell you this, all I can say, check your charts!

Same idea as @tampabay fishing channel with the chum cutter
And the chum dropper.. pretty much the exact same product. Hmm
Who knows, could even be the same supplier...
Great job captain 👍🏾
Thank you! :)
Solid action 🙌
A good trip. The big snapper showed up right when the storm approached :( . All 16+ inches
Hey bro looks like he could of used some magic wire , that bite was on ! I’m surprised the fish are biting this good after the storm 🤔👍🏼
What size hook?
Whatever you can hide in a small chunk. Let them take it and swallow it.
Nice job guys!!! Nothing like snapper sandwiches!!
Delicious!

You might want to wake a couple years before you come back due to the red tide.
Y'all keeping 12in snapper? That's for rookies👌🏾

Great video otherwise tho, btw are you still keeping fish that you catch? They are safe to eat right?
Thanks for your input. I am not keeping any fish at this time from the bay. Not even fishing really.
Problem is that alot of show hosts hold the fish too long while they talk and explain things. Better to have them in the water somewhere.
Enjoyed the video Capt. Joe. When will you have the chum dropper ready for sale?
