I am 80 yrs old and learning to be a “better cook” from you. I made your peach cobbler and it was just perfect. My husband loved it. Thank you for teaching me how to make it.
I’ve never seen icing made with flour like that 👀. You amaze me. You’ve introduced me to many things I think I’d like. The stories of playing with dough as a child put a smile on my face. But, when will we see Your Ron eating your heavenly bakes?

WOW, Rachel you're a fantastic cook, and teacher! Enjoy every single one of your recipes, tried most of them. You bring back memories of my own childhood growing up in a Hispanic family in California. Many are just a bit different from what my mom made but she put the same love and joy in cooking as you do. THANK YOU YOU DEAR RACHEL You really do cook with love.

Rachel, you are the epitome of patience! I love to watch you prepare the food, just to marvel at your patience. There is no way I would ever take the time to create such pretty bread, when I can drive to the donut shop and buy a dozen donuts! I will continue to watch though, and try your easier, less time-consuming recipes. This one is just too much for me. Love your channel!
That would be so good with coffee or hot cocoa! Yum. I didn't know how fondant was made. Easy, peasy. Thank you for another great recipe and demonstration!!

Hi Rachel. I’m so glad to have found you on u-tube. You are an excellent cook and very helpful to all of us that could use some cooking instructions. I have always wanted to learn Hispanic cooking - it is my favorite food! The care of knives are an important skill that I know little about. Could you please give some instruction about which knives to use for what, the necessary sizes or types needed in the kitchen, the care of them, and also how and what to sharpen them with? I would appreciate it so much. Thank you. Your new forever friend - Diane.
I love pan dulce. My mother in law turned me on to it but store bought is no match for what you just made! Beautiful and perfectly made! You are such an excellent cook.
