Look at Hazards numbers the same year this happened at Chelsea. The players were ready to organize a walk-out in the locker room. The decrease in form from these players is a direct result in Mourniho's mental state. Hes unhealthy, controlling, and trying to gaslight his players, rather than build them up. He makes little sense in press conferences and is uncomfortable. Transmitting terrible energy onto his players and at least Pogba is bringing light to it. If Pogba had a manager that put some trust and tried to build him up he would be producing much more.
It's not that there is anything wrong with laughing. Imagine if that video was recorded after a loss, it's like laughing at the team's performance. If Jose Mourinho gets the sack and Pogba wins, I will never support Manchester United again. No one is ever bigger than the club, not until Pogba came.
