Besides the numerous trophies, i think one of the greatest things Mourinho did was that, in a way, he made Chelsea what is it today. During his first spell at Chelsea he built the team that became champions, raised the standards for what it takes to become champion in England and changed people's perception about Chelsea. Not only they invested heavily, but they are a team that needs to compete at least for any trophy, to this day. Legend.
