I do ! Celebration Park around Melba, Wilson Creek path that starts behind Nampa High school, and Quail Hollow bike/walking path that starts at the top of the hill up from Fort street. This is different from the Hyde park trail and is a little harder to find. Its about a mile circuit with a steep drop about the middle. Another favorite place is the CoOp in Boise. I used to live in Nampa for 30 years so I found a lot of fun places. Thanks for asking! Its too bad the Greenhurst nursery closed down. I cant find anything like that anywhere else.
@@moonfire41 Hi Kelli! I just drove thru Melba last Wednesday and was thinking I need to do a video there! Just west of Melba is that cemetary that has a place you can sit and look out over the valley... just beautiful! And Celebration Park will be getting a video... it's really nice there too! Thanks for your suggestions... I've added these to my list! Merry Christmas to you and yours!!
Used to fish up in Marsing all the time , it's just beautiful when y'all walking down the Snake River and Lizard Mountain early in the morning !! miss Idaho , haven't been back since the early 90s .... ✌🏻😢✌🏻
Thank you for watching, Leticia! This is a nice and peaceful little town... but still close enough to everything you need. I just recorded my next small town, Mountain Home, and that will be coming out in the next week or so. There are just tons of nice, small, peaceful towns all throughout the Treasure Valley!!
Yes ! Sunny slope is across the Snake River from Marsing ....there use to be a wine company - St Chapel Winery, I believe ! Marsing is right next to Homedale Idaho ... Hi Christina! I sure hope you get to visit with Floyd!! Yup, St Chapel is still there... such a beautiful area! I've helped a couple of families move to within walking distance of St Chapels. My friend recently opened up a coffee shop in Marsing, Ahu Coffee. Such a cozy little community! Wow... Sedalia! Pretty close to Clinton... which I drive through (and stop at that fantastic buffet) when on my way to Bolivar.
Marsing is still a great little town! But home inventory is really low now. I just did a search and here are ALL of the homes currently on the market in Marsing: s.paragonrels.com/goto/KCmSFx A good idea is to get set up on a home search tied directly to our MLS system (similar to the link above). We can set that up to send you an email the very minute a home in Marsing comes on the market. That could really increase your chances of getting your perfect home before someone else does. (If you need to get a search/alert set up, just let me know!)
Here's a look at what's on the market right now in Marsing. A couple are below the $600k mark... but there's some way above! s.paragonrels.com/goto/Ixu9KU
@@TreasureValleyDave Wow fast reply Thanks for sharing the listings 🙏 ... Unfortunately by the looks of the prices it's already turned into Napa California 😂
@@freedomchannel3656 For sure prices are creeping up. It's funny you mention Napa. My prediction is that the Marsing area could become like what Napa was years ago. There are a couple dozen wineries in the area and the Snake River runs right through here. This valley area through here has beautiful views and a great micro-climate. The town itself is still very small. It hasn't grown like so many of the other areas in the Treasure Valley. But one day it will.
@@freedomchannel3656 Yes, very beautiful there. I have friends that live a couple miles south of Marsing with back yards that back up to the Snake River. Just beautiful. You can go north along the Snake River a few miles to Homedale (on the west side of the river) and Wilder (on the east... although the town of Wilder is way off of the river, homes near the river are still considered Wilder). It's nice up there... but all of these towns are small and mainly ag communities. Another place to look would be the east side of the Snake River across from Marsing. When you do a home search, this is considered Caldwell. "Caldwell" covers many, many miles outside of Caldwell: th-cam.com/video/x_TkCMfCUYQ/w-d-xo.html But this area to the east of Marsing still has the same feel and views and is right up to the Snake River or higher up the hill. Lots of options!!

That side of Lake Lowell has my favorite walking path around the lake off Tio lane. I used to spend all day going around both sides in the summer.
