Mutton Achari Gosht Recipe | अचारी गोश्त बनाने की आसान रेसिपी | Cook With Lubna

ingredients:-
500 g mutton
1 tsp coriander seeds (sabut dhania )
3/4 tsp fennel seeds (sauf )
1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( raai )
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds ( methi )
1/2 tsp nigella seeds ( kalonji )
2 medium size tomatoes grated or fine chopped
2 medium size onions fine chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 tbsp fresh yogurt
4-5 green chilies filled with chat masala and lemon juice
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
1/3 cup of oil ( 80 ml )
