How to Make a Book Tassel for a Junk Journal: Ribbons and Charms

Let me show you how I made the book tassel that I am using on the cover of my strawberry junk journal. This journal uses an accordion binding, so I will be clipping the tassel on the front. I have several different strawberry charms to choose from, so watch along as I put this together.
