Longest 1 day trip was from Dryden, Ontario (breakfast), lunch in Brandon, Manitoba, supper in Moose Jaw, and slept in Medicin Hat. 1420 km. Left at 6am, went to two time changes and stopped at 9:00 pm, with one driver. We actually made it from Timmins, Ontario to Victoria BC in 3.5 days.
@@Chase_Schrader Yes, that kicking horse canyon project added 2h to each trip since it was closed the majority of when we were travelling back and forth.
@@Chase_Schrader I would have to say that Canada is absolutely beautiful. Never been there but one day. I have the torque lock locker in my outback. It has got me out of some sticky situations. I can’t remember if you said that you have it or not. If you don’t. I would get it. It makes a world of difference. Love the Chanel keep up the good work.
Oh yeah it is, I’m grateful to live so close to these amazing places! I don’t have one yet but I’m definitely looking at working with Torq Masters to get one in the Fozzy haha
@@Chase_Schrader Nanaimo to Horseshoe. I guess I prolly took the 8am Ferry? I think I got 2 chilliwack at noon and got into Red deer at like 5am. it was during the forest fires in like.. summer 2018? maybe 2019
@@WizardHarry69 Thanks for watching! But just a heads-up: I’m born and raised in Alberta, so I know a thing or two about this province. Before jumping to conclusions, maybe check out more of my videos....
@@WizardHarry69 I’m born in Canada, Vancouver actually and because of people like you your otherwise beautiful and amazing province has a bad rep. Have you done this drive before?! Let me know how it went!

Whoa, that’s one epic road trip!
Longest one day drive I’ve done was Yellowstone to Vancouver. 1400km. Included a stop at a hot spring and border crossing
That sounds like a good one! How many hours was that?
Is this not just a regular Canadian road trip?
Aha pretty much, but I would usually take the logging roads and a couple more days to do it
Victoria to Calgary numerous times. Including BC Ferry transit time.
Nice! Have you hit any closures before?
@@Chase_Schrader Yes, that kicking horse canyon project added 2h to each trip since it was closed the majority of when we were travelling back and forth.
Ah yup that would do it! Thankfully it's almost done now
i've done victoria to medicine hat in one day took me 16 hours if you count the ferry
Sweet, what way did you take? HWY 1?
@ yah hwy one I think it was summer 2019 6am ferry
@@ryanmelis1873 Ahh nice, quite the drive!
Edmonton to Vancouver, 10.5 hours two fuel stops lol
Hmm 13 hours according to the GPS, someone was speeding lol
@@Chase_Schrader your only speeding if you get caught, prince George to Vancouver 6.5 hrs 94 Vette
@@justinlaforest5908 Haha true, as long as you aren't doing dumb shit on the road and putting others in danger I have no problems with it
@@Chase_Schrader absolutely not ,only rule broken was speed, it was also done on a bet.
Good to hear! Aha love it!
I've driven from Bella Coola to Calgary in one day 😂
That’s wild, but sounds like epic drive! How many hours?
Just wanted to say hi. From Southern Oregon.
Hey glad you could stop by! I hope to make it down there some day
@@Chase_Schraderthat would be awesome. I was just telling my wife that we need to get are Subaru ready for this winter.
It looks amazing down there! Haha true, the snow is not really that far away

Grande Prairie AB to Moosomin (15 minutes west of the Manitoba-Saskatchewan) 1457 km in 14 1/2 hours.
Now that's a long drive! I don't think I could do that through there, there isn't much to look at haha
@@Chase_Schrader Sault Ste Marie, ON to Winnipeg. 1410 km in 15 hours.
In the Seventies I would drive it in 10-12 hours in a car and on a motorcycle. That's with no Coq. Hwy.
Nice, did you take highway 1 then?
I've literally done Port Alberti to red deer in a day and I stopped in Chilliwack for 2hrs
Sounds like you had some great timing for that trip! What Ferry did you take?

Nice, that would make sense! Driving at night is one of my favourite ways to do these long drives
First of all you left Vancouver 4 hours late , should have left while commuters were sleeping
Would of if I could, but I had a meeting at 9am haha, but yeah if you can get through early it’s just the highway closures you got to watch out for
This is silly, it can easily be done in 10 hours. i used to do it in 8 driving at night
You’re silly.
@@Chase_Schrader i said your challenge is silly because obviously anyone can make that drive in 1 day. why attack me personally
Calgary is full. All you liberal voters who got us into this mess should stay in BC
Try voting harder, muppet.
Shush.
