Maybe then it could have an actual heartfelt scene where the real Toru Iwatani confronts Pac-Man and they actually reconcile with Pac-Man nodding to his speech and then eating up into the sky.
I watched this when I was 15 at the theatres, and I remember really liking it. Nothing amazing or anything but it was pretty fun. Looking at it now, I think the problem comes from the "Adam Sandler Humor". The concept and plot is actually can be really good if executed properly
