When you show the 2.5 mm screws that have to be removed at 4:03, you show and list 4 screws. However, as you show later in the video, there are actually 5 screws to be removed, there's an extra one on the top left between the wesd keys. I damaged my keyboard thinking it had gotten stuck.

That is the reason I never buy dell e5xxx because it is very hard to have the laptop maintained.
