They really improve the combats from wisp that shoot into a full on Soul Like combat, and the way the characters act with the surrounding/environment is amazing.
The announcement trailer was incredible, but seeing the actual gameplay and how amazing it actually looks to play, makes this one of the most anticipated games this year.
Finally, a proper twist on the Soulesborne formula. And weighty, actually interesting-looking combat without overdone particle effects (on top of stunning art direction)! Didn't expect Moon Studios to go Soulesborne, but I'm absolutely stoked for this.

Think they got something with this. Arpg with slower methodical combat. You can actually see and engage your enemies which is awesome. Not like most arpgs now where every enemy blows up on the screen with a bunch of flashing effects while you run thru a level like it’s a cellphone game
The first Diablo is the only isometric ARPG that plays anywhere close to this slower pace. I'm all for it there's been very little innovation in this subgenre as a whole. Last Epoch for example does some innovative things but the core gameplay loop is basically identical to what's come before.
This looks incredible so far! The environments are beautiful and seem rich with history. It makes you want to learn more about this world. The animations are smooth and dynamic. The art is amazing overall. It almost looks like an oil painting. It seems like there will be plenty of loot to be had as well. More please!
Every single move, attack and spin has an effect on the environment. The logs and debris on the battlefield are constantly flying around everywhere. This is amazing!
