That makes it 26.86 acre for 1137 apartments (not adding other land earmarked for Arbour facilities). This makes 42.3/acre. Silverglades with ~425 apartments in 10.5acre (including clubhouse) is 40.47/acre. That’s about 2 per acre difference. Probably not the best selling point. Thoughts?
What are your thoughts on investment in plots? Is stilt plus 4 going to open any time soon. I have few plots which are giving very good returns currently, should we stay invested in plots or exit and invest in some ready to move in property?

Silverglades Hightown construction isn't great and also very slow. They appointed some third grade construction partner there. Hence have low trust on their new project.
