With regards the snoring detection, is there any chance it would pick up your ‘partners’ snoring rather than your own and so therefore the reports would/could be incorrect?
It all looks nice, but i am really skeptical about the quality of the input data and how conclusions are made. Users have no real way to check accuracy, so it is entirely based on trust I looked into clinical sleepscoring with dedicated sensors and etc. (R K standard), so i am probably biased.
So frustrating that the FDA is such a slow poke in approving these things, even with caveats. Does anyone know whether the Sleep Analyzer is actually a different device than Sleep? Or whether it’s all in the software?
Exactly this. Other than fixed go to bed, get out of bed, no late naps, reduce alchol, be active, do excercise, be mindfull. Etc But an sleep analyser isn't going to help perfect or change that. I'm bit baffled as all this sleep analysing data although interesting, there is no actionable steps to be taken or derived from it.
I did give it a try for a few days but it was not working for me I've got a lot of pain in my back, the Doctor say maybe from the waves???? I stopped the test for two days and now I have no pain anymore!!!!
Completely random data. I have high sleep apnea and i snore like a train - this device says sleep score 96, mild apnea and 0 snoring events, same night my partner had to move next door to sleep because of the snoring
What if i use a lot of time in my bed in general? Will it think I'm trying to sleep all the time?
Loved this! Great idea to keep track of what the body is doing overnight!

Yes the sleep analyzer has OSA sensing technology. Its available only in Europe, not in US.
Does anyone know if I can code ifttt to play videos or songs if im sleeping? Using sleep analyser mat withings
So.. you get this info.. what then? I mean what can you actually do to improve the quality of your sleep?

You can track if snorring or sleep apnea gets worse or less. Or cpap is working. Or supplements or medications doing anything. Etc.
Basically you try to improve your sleep score in the app by trying to achieve green score every time.
Smart watches don't detect sleep apneas or snoring however.
great vid

Thank you, most valuable comment about the product that I've seen.
Why in the name of all that’s holy is there a segment for the design of something that will forever be under your mattress
