This is so truee💯💯 This is an unfiltted truth indeed about starting a career in VA because of how some people have overhyped the journey of a VA as though it's so easy from the onset. Thank you so much for coming to share this truth. It's very helpful💯
Salaam Umar...this is off topic...how is the hourly job done calculated pls...is it the client that will give you the number of hours he/she wants you to work with or you get to inform the client the hours after the job is done
You will have an agreement with the client on the maximum number of hours per week before you start working. If they want maximum of 10 hours per week then you work for them for up to 10 hours per week, if they request more work after their maximum hours is exhausted you let them know their 10 hours are exhausted. And you can use Clockify or Toggl to track the hours you work for them.
You can create a Google sheet with sample data similar to what I did in my data entry tutorial video and you can share a view link with your potential clients and also add a screenshot of the data file on your visual portfolio.

Hello Umar new subscriber from Kenya so my question is how can I prove to a client I can do virtual assistant without experience because I heard for a client to trust you, I must prove that I'm able to work same to online writing? Please make a video on this
@@linetshijeti1992 What you need to do is create samples. Whatever you want to start offering as a VA do the work and create samples as if a client hired you to do the job, and you can add the samples in your portfolio. I spoke about it in detail in this video: th-cam.com/video/_KKwXZ_FoR0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=rarAPcImyj20Dx2a
Thank you Sadiq
