    I love all of your videos. I'm a fresh graduate aiming for work in the EA world. I've been learning so much in the past week and it's super fun because you deliver these videos in a simple and direct way. Thank you!

    Love this, and love your videos. Questions, please:
    1) This is really only to keep yourself organized, not to collaborate/share with your boss?
    2) Is this account-based, so if I load Trello onto both my iPad and iPhone, I can access my organized work tasks from either device?
    3) Is this compatible with Outlook such as tasks/travel/events can be imported from Trello to the calendar you share with David?
    Thank you!❤️

      1) It can be shared with employer, both EA and executive can use it together at separate work stations
      2) Yes your account can be logged into on many devices not only the computer, and all can be logged on at the same time
      3) Not sure if it’s compatible w outlook

    Hi Alicia! I am new to the PA world and am looking for a way to keep sensitive info on my phone and computer (passwords, payment info, etc.) Is there an app to help with that or are word docs better. What would you recommend? And should you always keep paper copies as well?
    Thank you in advance for any advice you can give! :)

    • @EAHowTo

      You absolutely need a password manager. I've used Dashlane and 1 Password. Both great. I don't keep paper copies.

    What happens when your Done list gets too long?

    • @EAHowTo
      @EAHowTo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Archive. By that stage you no longer need it. That would take a long time.

    Do you feel Trello is more effective than OneNote?

    • @EAHowTo
      @EAHowTo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The most effective system is the system you use. For me, that's Trello.
