YES!!!! SO glad you got another project car. Was hoping you'd start something else! Really cool classic BMW, I've worked at a BMW dealer in California for the past 18 years. My first car was actually a 1987 528e. Can't wait to see what you do with this!
The 82 bmw was definitely due to a gas infiltration lol the evidence, it gave some hard times trying to get it started the first time. I enjoyed the sneak peak of your cars collection garage tho, hard work pays off 😁😉❤️🔥✨💯
That generation 5-series has grown on me, didn't really think much of them like 25 years ago, but they're quite cool now. Lowered 20-30mm I think it could look really nice even with the stock rims. With that age of car and the amount of visible rust I'd seriously consider stripping it down entirely to find all hidden rust and doing a proper repair. First video I've seen from you, but being a Honda-boi I'm definitely going to check out the CRX series.
Well idk how it works there, but if you drive car to mot where i am, you have to pay for mot, insurance and all that and to start restoration after that and have registered car that is being restored for some time, i believe it wont be done in month or two is just waste of money imho. After you restore it is more logical to me to do mot. During restoration you will dismantle it anyway and see what is to be replaced
what a stupid comment, wheels and coilovers make every car prettier and better looking and better performing in curves on the street... doesnt ruin any car cause its in a few hours replacable again to original parts and wheels so the only thing thats ruined is your thinking...
Please be careful with the background music so that it does not get too loud and ruin an otherwise nice video. It is really annoying having to listen very carefully to hear what someone is saying over the background music. I am usually not so polite when commenting on loud background music, but I like your videos otherwise..
Funny to come across this video. Nice find for a nice project, you may actually have quite some value in your posession once completely restored. Maybe www.youtube.com/@M539Restorations can help you speed up things

Wow, that's so awesome!!! Wish I had 18 years of experience working on these cars as well 🥹
Just love e28’s. I can’t even remember how many of them I’ve had. Everyone from 518 to M535. Only one missing is the M5.
Wow, that's amazing!! They're such great cars 🤩😄
Such a rare car uve found there! Looking forward to the metalworking parts! Good luck😊

Nice project!!!

Pleaase don't ruin it with stupid big wheels and low coil over suspension.

my first car was a 520A E12. destroyed the engine because I'm an idiot.
Ohhhh no that's too bad 🥲🥲 part of the learning experience i guess but such a shame 😪
👍🙂🏁
