Agreed! Maybe they only watched the first couple of locos? Shed thrash is very similar to washing machine thrash, only (IMO) possibly slightly less exciting. If it had been my video I'd have led with the RHTT 20s, or the multi-37s or the multi-50s - now that's thrash!
In the UK passenger traffic is more common than freight on the railways. Add that to a railway who's right of way extends back to Victorian times. As such dedicated freight or 'alternate' lines are not common.
I'm a huge fan of British loco's / trains from Ireland. I spent nearly every summer of my youth in Wales. This video is amazing. My favourite's from Britain 4th Hst class 43, 3rd Mainland UK thumpers / northern Ireland thumpers 2nd Those new beasts the class 68's 1st British Rail class 37.
