Why is it the 'experts' comments do not match the percentage rating? As for DLT....he's no Wogan lol I want to see this updated for the 2017 bikes! Love the high BHP figures on these old learner legals compared to today!
You cqn tell that the pannel of experts are a bunch of 30-40 year olds in a midlife crisis who only ride sportbikes so they feel young again, he says "theres not a lot of power to play with" while talking about the most powerfull bike on the list. No duh their all 125's
Started riding on a yamaha 100 street trail, then on to a suzuki 250x6 then a bsa 441 victor, High school on a 1969 royal Enfield 750 interceptor in my 30s a zrx1100 you need to start somewhere just do it safely and have fun ,70 now more fun too come!

Though that there would be more 2strokes most of these bikes a collectibles now thought that the Yamaha dt125r would of been on this list think nearly everyone that used to bomb about the fields when they was kids nearly everyone has had a Yamaha dt at one point ? The cagiva planet are cool bikes but I've hardly seen any going about
Looking at the registration plates of some bikes in this video they are X reg plates so i am guessing it was made in 2000 and the varadero came out in 2001. Anyway i own a varadero and its a great bike fast, comfortable and easy to ride.
@@kazfleszar5899 I got rid of my 125 after about a month. To be honest into a headwind the 125 wasn't much faster than my honda mt5 with new piston rings and 1 extra tooth on the front sprocket. Did my test got a kawasaki KMX200 (30.4hp) that thing was great went 100mph

I like the video but very biased , if they was to do the same today I reckon it would be done very differently , cagiva is a beast but unreliable , same for the aprilia , the nsr is the underdog very reliable and the cg is a tank very good commuter , I think men and motors needs to do a up to date version comparing these bikes and the newer ones to see what they are to run and build quality etc

I 'd have swapped the Mito and NSR around, and it is sorely missing the old Tuono. Mechanically identical to the RS, with added comfort.

Mitos are unreliable when ridden by idiots. Never had a problem with one, my friend's NSR however was blowing pistons every year.
In this class motorbikes are soo last century, get a scooter.
