What I would like is a deep dive on the cards within a deck, as well as a deep dive of decks. I just pulled a card from the deck: 'Earth Alchemy Oracle' for me to reflect on this video. So, I would like deep dives on cards. And yes, I also put the card I pull from a deck on top of the book inside the box, to help me re-connect and reflect, the next time I open that deck's box.
I am SO with you on so many issues; not least the fact that the Boxes and Books are half the pleasure and important for me. I see so many people often 'ditch’ the boxes/packaging, and store their Cards in bags (each to their own of course) but some of the boxes are truly beautiful! Also like you; I ALWAYS place the last Cards I pulled - or 'Spreads' on the top - funny the little things we do. LOVED seeing all your Decks - I have a few of them. x

Happy New Year, & thank you for another very informative video. You have inspired me to watch more, and to buy a couple of new decks. I have a drawer full of Tarot decks that I don't use anymore since I have come to prefer Lenormand. But recently I've been buying more oracle decks. I have the Green Witch and Woodland Wardens and love them both. I also have a few by Denise Linn, and the wonderful Dragonfae Oracle by Lucy Cavendish. I'm not enchanted with unicorns either, but love dragons & have several dragon oracles. I usually put the last card I've drawn on top of the other cards but under the book. Oh, I just now ordered the Wild Woman Oracle & the Avalon Magic Mini Cards& the Druid Wisdom Mini Cards while I was at it. I have several Avalon-themed decks. Lately, I've been rather horrified to see the market flooded with pirated decks of low quality, & bought a few, much to my dismay, before I realized what was going on. There are two companies selling them that are particularly egregious. Now I will buy only from trusted artists & publishers, & from Amazon if they look legit. At least with Amazon, if you get an illegally pirated copy they will give you a refund.

I've edged everyone of my decks an I have 80ish... lol in my library. I love the finished look it gives me and I love 🌈 rainbows. So most have some version of it for edging. Unless it comes edged. I just bought the Wild Woman Oracle about a week ago and I'm really enjoying it. I love the mix of characters from mythology, folklore, popular culture, and some present day heroines. It speaks perfectly to my personal spirituality and ethics :) I haven't seen very many videos on it so far
Hi April! I have the Soulflower oracle, but indie version and no guidebook. Also I have the Samhain oracle, I sold the Beltane an Yule because I didn’t like the verses in those two. It didn’t feel like it fitted the images in my opinion. I have the Moon oracle but have not used it yet. Would love a deep dive with that and am interested in hearing what the outdated info is! I jumped in and bought the Magickal Herb Oracle as soon as you showed it. I want to explore herbs and spells this year and also think it will pair beautifully with Woodland Wardens Oracle and Transient Light Tarot. I’ve put 12 decks on my ‘Decks to Work With’ list (one per month) and the Transient Light Tarot is one. I will pair each tarot deck with two or even three oracle decks. I like to pick the overall theme and advice for the spread from the oracle deck. I also more than doubled my entire oracle collection in 2022! This is another reason for why I planned my primary decks for 2023 so that I could get to use all my new oracle decks with them. 😂 Have a wonderful new year and thank you for your channel. I just found your channel but I like your pretty backdrop and the atmosphere of your videos. And the cute little animations and transitions that you have. I like the Deep Dives and deck comparisons putting them against each other as well as the videos you put out showing multiple different decks so I can look through a bunch of things that I might want to get or put on my wish list. But most of all I like how you talk about the Decks personality whether or not they shoot straight and tell you like it is or are very positive upbeat and sugar coated way of looking at things. It's really important to me to know if I'm going to get something that'll help keep me in a positive mood or if its going to give me the warning sign that I needed to see that day. It's rare to find a video that comments on how the cards talk to you, but it's a large part of my selection process
Yes, I love a great box and even more I love a great oracle or tarot book to go with it. I then get to chose if I want to use it or not. But at last I get to see the vibe that the creator had for the use of this particular deck. Yes, there are many deck that you easily can just read intuitively and I do that also. Hi April, Not sure if your interested but I have really enjoyed using the "Mist of Avalon Oracle" by shuffle the deck and placing 1 card on the table and then I shuffle and pull a tarot card for each keyword around that card. So the Mist of Avalon Oracle ends up being in the centre of spread and the 4 tarot cards are placed each side of card next to the keyword. It's so interesting using this deck like this. These are SO DIFFERENT! Folktales: soft and sweet. It's very grounding and can be playful. This deck is about be present tense and looking at your story. The book is very small, but powerful. Earth , Moon and Shadow: I jokingly say, "Use this deck if you want to peel off your skin to get a look inside." NOT a light deck. This is for deep introspection. A very powerful tool for understanding your motivation and shadow self. The book is more in depth, with powerful writing. These decks are as different as it gets!

🤩🤓🌿 I tend to use tarot over oracle decks, so this was really fun to watch. I’m trying to be more open to what oracles offer. It was also great to hear your thoughts on the Dreams of Gaia. I’ve been interested but on the fence bc of the feedback like it being a huge departure from most tarot. Looking forward to using my current decks more in ‘23!

I just found you today. I'm newer to tarot and oracle ( only about a year in ) and I went to town on buying decks........ I forgot I had the Earth Wisdom Oracle and need to pull it out and revisit it. I also LOVE the Wild Woman Oracle. While I prefer matt decks, this particular one, I love the type of cards they are. 🥰 I really enjoyed your video and am subscribing. 😃

Though I love it and resonate highly with it, I've been wanting to purchased another deck to see how the readings and vibes differ. I'm especially intrigued by the Earth Wisdom and Moon Oracle.

These are SO DIFFERENT!
Folktales: soft and sweet. It's very grounding and can be playful. This deck is about be present tense and looking at your story. The book is very small, but powerful.
Earth , Moon and Shadow: I jokingly say, "Use this deck if you want to peel off your skin to get a look inside." NOT a light deck. This is for deep introspection. A very powerful tool for understanding your motivation and shadow self. The book is more in depth, with powerful writing.
These decks are as different as it gets!

You will have to buy the whole set again I believe, BUT try Abe books. They have a lot of Tarot books used on their own
