BCS sickle bar: Dailey's Farm & Walk-Behind Tractors going over some basic setup notes for attaching sickle bar transmission to the sickle bar blade assembly, etc. We put this together to help our customers who receive their sickle bar in 2 boxes, get it set up and ready for use quickly. How much oil to out in the transmission for single action?

Refer to the BCS manual for a "measured amount". But in general, keeping the gearbox at least half full is good. BCS does have a specific spec on this, but refer to your manual for that. Email me if you don't have one and I can provide it. Thanks!
