BCS Shifter Repair 1

After many years of use my BCS 725 two wheel tractor would no longer shift in and out of gear reliably, would slip out of gear into neutral, or would occasionally shift into reverse when the shifter was moved to forward. After studying the exploded parts diagram available on the BCS website, it became apparent the problem was most likely the gear slider was rotating on the rod that it is supposed to be pinned to. This video shows what I encountered in the teardown and repair, including the small mistakes and one big mistake made along the way, so you can get it right when you repair yours. This video could also be useful if you are repairing a different problem by helping you see how the tractor comes apart and goes back together.
