    What an incredible garentee, THP really cares about your progress. I doubt they'll ever have to take it up though, I've gained 3" in 6 weeks and couldn't be happier! (And I had tried everything else and was plateaued for months before starting so wasn't expecting such gains). They really know what they're doing, so stop hesitating and get on THP.

    I'm 5'11, my max running jump was the bottom foam lining of the backboard, after 2 months of weight training (push pull legs) with a rest day every 1 to 2 weeks, now I can reach my running max on a less than max effort standing jump, and can now touch halfway up the orange plate connecting the rim to the backboard on a max running jump. I've played basketball for years and jumped often but never done any weight training.

    Hey , the weather in germany isnt rly good and its to cold to train and play outside basketball, sadly in my City arent open gyms where I could play over the winter, so I gone use the opportunity and try to loose my knee pain. Right now I daily do some static isometrics , are that good execises if I struggel with my tendon/ knee pain , or could I do things which are more effetiv at home ?

    • @Yuyu_8
      @Yuyu_8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Rivera jumps off 2 legs, 2 legs with good technique is better than off 1 but it depends on really what feels better to you
      cuz there are insane dunkers like Lebron and Jordan that dunk off one foot.

    Hey Isaiah, I’m 16 years old and have almost no lifting experience, I really wanna focus on dunk sessions and all that stuff but Idk if I can jump like almost everyday without getting hurt, do u think if I start with a low volume like once or twice per week I can build that up to a point that I jump almost every single day without getting iniured l?

      I dont really understand ur question why do u think u get hurt by jumping normally?

    • @d6go56
      @d6go56 ปีที่แล้ว

      yes build up slowly. you can do like 10 jumps a day 2 days a week and then progressively jump more over the span of a few months. also start lifting and get a program to follow. focus on building strength and power while also increasing range of motion with no pain. don’t rush especially if u feel like ur progressing too slow. if you progress slowly and build yourself up, you can make tremendous progress in a year as long as you don’t get injured

    Jump training has been really frustrating for me lately.
    I seem to have plateaued at 30' vertical and can't get any higher
    Only thing I do is plyometrics and isometrics and a lot of jumping every day but I feel like there is an important piece I'm missing
    Maybe what I need is weightlifting? I feel like my muscles are pretty strong but my tendons are not able to keep up.
    Anyone got any advice for me?
