Hey, just left you a comment under your cutting video and came to see your channel. I saw this and smiled as I am originally born and raised in Jersey and been in Cali the past 6 years, far north just past Mount Shasta. What bay is this from, looks like it might be south of Barnegat and maybe even mullica? I lived in Beachwood for most of my life, Tons River is more well known, we came from North Jersey originally. Miss my Jersey beaches and east coast beaches in general. Btw, I have tons of rocks, minerals and crystals on display in my home that I find around the area, mostly around lakes and creeks in Oregon. Tons of clear lined agates and some colored, multi colored Jaspers, petrified wood and mixed varieties. I dont have a tumbler yet and my carving and sanding skills on my finds are not working out so great lol. Did make a few easy drills into cool crystal serpentine for some necklaces, but waiting on my good stuff till I practice on lesser ones. Found some amazing large chunks ( 20-30 pounds) and small pieces of black/grey banded Obsidian and looking to go soon to find the Rainbow Obsidian about 3 hours from me. I never saw any crystals when in the woods, lakes or creeks in Jersey, have you? You have some cool videos of things I never saw done before. See link below if you never saw raw rainbow Obsidian. The location is somewhere around Great Egg Harbor Bay. I can totally understand missing the scenery if you move away, it is very addictive! I paddle all around in various bay areas in South Jersey. Finding all those stones sounds fascinating, I've never really looked while paddling only searched for shells and things on the beach side.
