Holiday tha. Mera dono office same station hain... To isme mera gap 4din ka ho gaya hain... Isko kyase make up karu?Plz help sir

dies non means your period of 11 days will not counted for purpose of pension. if still you have qualifying service you ll get full benefits. Ask from them total qualifying service. if it is still more than 33 years. don't bother you ll get full benefits

Worked june 2021 but, Salary not received for the june 2021 month, unauthorized absence of 1 year 6 month. Again joined in Sept 2022 for one month, not received salary then unauthorized absence of 6 months, joined on march 2023, faced break in service. Will i receive salary of june 2021 and sept 2022
salary for work and unauthorised absence are two different thing but here you hv note worked for more than 01 month each time. So they might get a chance to credit your salary. Legally you hv right on your pay subject to other deduction if applicable

EoL ka to koi account nahi hota. Only thing is continuous leave should not be more than 5 Years. Agar 5 years hone wale hain then only president has power to grant more than 5 years leave. If you ll not join even after 5 years then it will be presumed you hv resigned

My questions--- 1. wheather his date of joining will be changed or not? 2. what will be his service age? i.e., seniority of service. whether the previous 20 day will count or not? Why he was allowed to join when education degree was not complete. If allowed then in order it must be mentioned that ehat will happen to his seniority. Normal circumstances his 20 day will count in service
Sir i have one question on EOL without medical certificate regarding i am facing two cases in my office one person was on leave on around feb 2020 and all her leave exhausted around June and then she applied for EOL due to covid pandemic and his/her leave was granted for 3 months and he joined on around september 20 her date on increment was 1st july and we gave him/her increment from september 20 only as we discussed and we found that 6 month service was done by him/her during 1st july 19 to 1st july 20 was that increment correct and EOL without medical certificate was granted to him same case i found for an officer in his/her service book around 2003 he/she also get increment. My concern is if anyone get approved EOL without medical certificate and completed six month of service during the period of increment will he/she get next increment or increment will be next year please refer OM is anyone is so ??
1st of all increment will given from 1st Jul only thing lady officer will get financial effect from Sep 2020 When she joined back. Subjet to het completing 6 months of qualifying service. 2nd thing is EoL (Without medical) can also be counted towards qualifying service. When it is due to civil commotion or if GS has gone to acquire higher studies with permission. EoL due to personal reason are subject to approval depending upon case to case. For exam if a GS could not join office due to he stuck at its home toen due to bad weather can be counted. Approval of Competent Authority is required in this case. For clarification you can refer CCS(Leave rules 1972. EoL section

If they say start displinary action against him then he might get a dies non which may hv one of the effect (a) all past service lost which is very severe generally not given in these petty cases (b) dies non with no loss of past service just to remove this gap. he will not get any pay for the period of absence and continuity of service will also break as dies non period itself doesn't count for any purpose

you get joining time. If you join same station then 1 day. Sat will b joining time and Sunday you can suffix with joining time. So no break in Service. if it is a outstation then also your joining time will start from Saturday

for departmental exam approved service is counted. chk rules for approved service in your recruitment rules. In general all leaves counted as approved service.

why break in service. it is not your fault. They don't hv a training schedule. Hv they sent you offer of appointment. if yes. they hv to take you on strength. Ask them to give you joining. Otherwise tell them that you ll go to CAT. if they don't give you joining later on they might say you had not reported to duty

depnding upon severity Major disp proceedings can be initiated. As far as leave EoL is concerned even that you can't take without office permission. and as far as medical leave is concerned Don't try to submit forged certificate as it may lead to another ground for disp action

If EOL on the basis of medical and study it will not affect your service period

rules mei 90 days hi hai EoL. baaki dept can process a case and ask for clarification/approval of nodal ministery(DoPT)

EoL due to personal reason are subject to approval depending upon case to case. For exam if a GS could not join office due to he stuck at its home toen due to bad weather can be counted. Approval of Competent Authority is required in this case. For clarification you can refer CCS(Leave rules 1972. EoL section

(a) all past service lost which is very severe generally not given in these petty cases

you get joining time. If you join same station then 1 day. Sat will b joining time and Sunday you can suffix with joining time. So no break in Service. if it is a outstation then also your joining time will start from Saturday

sir, i technical resign from tcm-3 railway post on 24/02/2023 to join sr cctc post in other division , i went to that division with appointment letter, but i found there that they have no training shedule they said me to wait at least 6 month, suppose they will send me training on august 2023. date of joining will effect from that day my training start. so i want to ask you that is break in service or not?
why break in service. it is not your fault. They don't hv a training schedule. Hv they sent you offer of appointment. if yes. they hv to take you on strength. Ask them to give you joining. Otherwise tell them that you ll go to CAT. if they don't give you joining later on they might say you had not reported to duty
