    Sir, u said in your video between 7:55 min to 8:05 min that HPL will be deducted for dies non period and pay will not be paid. One employee has 155 days dies non period and only 50 days HPL in his account. How is dies non period will be adjusted. Please clarify.

    Sir , during eol , that period is counted in service or not ?
    Example - if I took 3 month eol without medical and there is rule for department exams of continuous service of 3 years , so the period I am on leave counted in continuous service or not

      for departmental exam approved service is counted. chk rules for approved service in your recruitment rules. In general all leaves counted as approved service.

    So in case of EOL it is not counted as break in service because in my case i have a EOL of 49 days so my work experience is 2 years. So from my experience these 49 days will be deducted or not please reply

    Mein national library mein 5 saal mts pein kam karta tha.. mujhe POstal assistant mila hain... Uska inhouse training order mujhe 13th nov 2023 se diya tha.. lekin maine extension liye the 15 din ka through mail..maine technical resignation 23th nov 2023 ko diye the aur 24th nov 2023 ko joining karne gaya tha.. lekin post office ka superintendent usdin office mein available na hone ke waja se mujhe next working day 28th nov 2023 ko joining issue kiya..25th,26th,27th nov. Holiday tha. Mera dono office same station hain... To isme mera gap 4din ka ho gaya hain... Isko kyase make up karu?Plz help sir

      qualifying service is used for calculating pension etc. here clarification is only for MACP

    Is there any provison which enables a competent authority to consider the request of Govt. Servant (who was on unauthorised absence in continution of Leave or his unauthorised absence stands alone) to grant him any kind of Leave viz. EL retrospectively on his return to duty???

    Sir, I was on EOL on medical ground for three years. Will this period of EOL be counted as regular service or continuous service for promotion/DPC or not. If yes please give reference of OM. Can this period of EOL affect my promotion? Please reply soon.

    If any person technically resigned from one service and joined another service after some duration (for ex 2 months) in central govt service whether it is considered as break in service? What is impact of that on new service?

      yes. it is break in service if it is more than joining period. but joining time alongwith regular leave is allowed

    Sir, if i relieve on friday from 1 Central govt. Job through technical resignation and join other central govt. Job on monday, will it be considered break in service ?

      you get joining time. If you join same station then 1 day. Sat will b joining time and Sunday you can suffix with joining time. So no break in Service. if it is a outstation then also your joining time will start from Saturday

      it depends upon the circumstances lead to break in service. like participation in strike etc lead to brak in service with forfeiture of past service too. which is very severe and exception. so if break in service is there department condone it with dies non means only that period is not counted for any purposes. if person has 6 months QS excluding that period of dies non he/she ll get increment on time. D.A. question not understood. please clarify what exactly you want to ask

    After 37 yers of service, at the time of retirement, in 2024,august, i am being informed that i was on dies non period in 1998 for 11 days as entry in my service book, now what should i do, will i get all benefit like pension, el cashmemt, gratuity etc,??

      dies non means your period of 11 days will not counted for purpose of pension. if still you have qualifying service you ll get full benefits. Ask from them total qualifying service. if it is still more than 33 years. don't bother you ll get full benefits

      @@entertainmentofficer6197 Treatment of EoL is different under different condition. EoL with medical ground generally not treated duty unless it is due to civil comotion or for higher technical study. it is not counted for increment or even for pension and qualify for department exam

    Sir i have one question on EOL without medical certificate regarding i am facing two cases in my office one person was on leave on around feb 2020 and all her leave exhausted around June and then she applied for EOL due to covid pandemic and his/her leave was granted for 3 months and he joined on around september 20 her date on increment was 1st july and we gave him/her increment from september 20 only as we discussed and we found that 6 month service was done by him/her during 1st july 19 to 1st july 20 was that increment correct and EOL without medical certificate was granted to him same case i found for an officer in his/her service book around 2003 he/she also get increment. My concern is if anyone get approved EOL without medical certificate and completed six month of service during the period of increment will he/she get next increment or increment will be next year please refer OM is anyone is so ??

      1st of all increment will given from 1st Jul only thing lady officer will get financial effect from Sep 2020 When she joined back. Subjet to het completing 6 months of qualifying service.
      2nd thing is EoL (Without medical) can also be counted towards qualifying service. When it is due to civil commotion or if GS has gone to acquire higher studies with permission. EoL due to personal reason are subject to approval depending upon case to case. For exam if a GS could not join office due to he stuck at its home toen due to bad weather can be counted. Approval of Competent Authority is required in this case. For clarification you can refer CCS(Leave rules 1972. EoL section

    Someone joined in service, do it for 20 days and then got the order to complete his running educational degree with Dies-non category for approx 11 months. then rejoin the service. My questions---
    1. wheather his date of joining will be changed or not?
    2. what will be his service age? i.e., seniority of service. whether the previous 20 day will count or not?
    Please mention the rule details with urgent manner.

      Why he was allowed to join when education degree was not complete.
      If allowed then in order it must be mentioned that ehat will happen to his seniority. Normal circumstances his 20 day will count in service

      In both. however for El 1/10 of EoL is also deducted. plus no El or HPL will be added for WRIIL period

      depends upon disciplinary authority. It has not been mentioned anywhere that for this type of misconduct this type of penalty will be given

    sir, i technical resign from tcm-3 railway post on 24/02/2023 to join sr cctc post in other division , i went to that division with appointment letter, but i found there that they have no training shedule they said me to wait at least 6 month, suppose they will send me training on august 2023. date of joining will effect from that day my training start. so i want to ask you that is break in service or not?

      why break in service. it is not your fault. They don't hv a training schedule. Hv they sent you offer of appointment. if yes. they hv to take you on strength. Ask them to give you joining. Otherwise tell them that you ll go to CAT. if they don't give you joining later on they might say you had not reported to duty

      No specific ground. either GS has no other leave available or he/she gives in writing applying for EoL. only thing is max period of any leave including EoL should not exceed 5 yrs in single spell

    Sir,,,if a person was on leave from 21.04.2021 to 26.05.2021 and could not join on 27.05.2021 due to his father's illness and join on 31.08.2021,,,will his service be not continuous??will he be elligible to give other competitive exams in age relaxation given to a civil central government servant,,,as of 26.05.2021 he has served for 2.5 years..

      @@ordersdecoded sir he intimated the department till 27.05.2021,,,then he did not intimated till 30.08.2021,,,now he got the warning letter,,,and joined the duty on 31.08.2021...still his service will break???

      @@VISHALSINGH-wx6qm Let senior officers decide the fate of period of absence. If they regularised this period as leave No break in service. If they say start displinary action against him then he might get a dies non which may hv one of the effect
      (a) all past service lost which is very severe generally not given in these petty cases
      (b) dies non with no loss of past service just to remove this gap. he will not get any pay for the period of absence and continuity of service will also break as dies non period itself doesn't count for any purpose

      they can grant you any regular leave including EoL Or may be Dies Non but only after a disciplinary proceedings. In worst scenario they may treat it as break in Service.

      salary for work and unauthorised absence are two different thing but here you hv note worked for more than 01 month each time. So they might get a chance to credit your salary. Legally you hv right on your pay subject to other deduction if applicable

      Probation clear ho gya to 5 yrs ki bhi le skte ho provided koi de jis ground pe aap maang rahe ho. As Leave is not a RIGHT rule 7(1)

      1. Earlier sanctioned 13 days C/L wef.11/02/2021 to 28/02/2021 including permissions(total 18 days) is here by cancelled and regularised into 18 days earned leave..

    Sir,I was on leave for 15 days and went to abroad(with permission ,NOC) ,due to personal reasons I couldn't attend duty , I informed to my higheer authority for leave extension they Denied .I left with only 45 days leave sir .kya mei abhi without medical certificate EOL 6 months apply karskti huu ??
    Unauthorised absence kha kya disciplinary action liya jayegaa sir ??

      depnding upon severity Major disp proceedings can be initiated. As far as leave EoL is concerned even that you can't take without office permission. and as far as medical leave is concerned Don't try to submit forged certificate as it may lead to another ground for disp action

      I received mail from HR to join the duty if not action will be taken against me ,sir ,agar mei mails kho reply nhi Diya tho kitna din wait karegaa for initiating disciplinary action ?
      Mei sach mei family issues kha vaze je struck hogaya , but without documents they are not accepting my request
      Now what can I do further to extend anykind of leave sir .

      EoL ka to koi account nahi hota. Only thing is continuous leave should not be more than 5 Years. Agar 5 years hone wale hain then only president has power to grant more than 5 years leave. If you ll not join even after 5 years then it will be presumed you hv resigned

      rules mei 90 days hi hai EoL. baaki dept can process a case and ask for clarification/approval of nodal ministery(DoPT)

      MACP no efect. If after deducting EoL qualifying service is less than 6 month in a year then increment will be postpone till next year

      ​​​@@ordersdecoded after resigning on 19th jan I have made a withdrawal of resignation request then they told me that my resignation was not accepted and before that I have made a withdrawal request then it will be deemed to be withdrawn according to govt rules but after rejoining my officer told the authority about my absence and that's why im worried about it

    Hello sir, मैं अभी केंद्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग में एलडीसी के पोस्ट पे कार्यरत हूं। मैने पिछले मंथ 16 दिनों की छुट्टी ली थी जो की विभाग द्वारा approve किया गया था। लेकिन उसके बाद मैं बीमार हो गया था जिसके वजह से मैं ऑफिस ज्वाइन नही कर पाया। मैने मेडिकल सेरिफिकेट दिया लेकिन वह gov rule के according nhi था जिसके कारण मुझसे clarification मांगा गया है। मैने clarification ke साथ ही department से माफ़ी भी मांग ली है लेकिन वो मुझे 41days के लिए dies non करने वाले है। मेरी वर्तमान में अपने स्टेट gov की जॉब के लिए भी फाइनल चयन हो गया है जिसके वजह से मैं रिजाइन करने वाला हूं। मेरा सवाल यह है की क्या मुझे अपनी नई जॉब में कोई परेशानी हो सकती है।

    I have exact one year of service with 3 month EOL which is regularised as written in letter given to me.
    For request transfer 01 year stay at present is required.

      It is department specific. As far as EOL is concerned reasons are imp. Generally EoL with medical conditions are allowed. EoL due to civil commotions and also due to scientific studies are also allowed
