So in case of EOL it is not counted as break in service because in my case i have a EOL of 49 days so my work experience is 2 years. So from my experience these 49 days will be deducted or not please reply

1/10th of 100 days debited.It means for the concern half month you are eligible for 5 days EL. Rule is 1/10th of EOL deducted from 15days EL for non- vacational staff.

Convert your rh and cl into El and combine El with medical
