- Who has a classic with a story??
The story of every classic car is important. They have been on the planet for decades, living lives most of us don't even know about. It's our duty as car people to keep the flame lit on the torch of automotive passion and keep our car hobby alive! Digging up the history of these old cars is the best way to connect with your classic. Hearing crazy, heart warming stories, and seeing old pictures is a feeling of discovery like no other!

It’s all about the look the sounds and the history 👍👍
For sure! They sound like nothing else!
People that compare a modern car to a classic muscle car truly don't get it. There is character when you drive a muscle car. There is a visceral feeling that comes when you can feel the engine pulse through the car because the camshaft chops like drummer. Or when you take a turn and it requires you to wrestle the car. Sure there are faster, more comfortable, and all around technologically better cars today, but there is nothing that makes you feel like you are driving a living creature like a classic American muscle car. You microwave a meal, it's faster and it's consistent with minimal effort. But when you grill a steak it requires effort, time and a development of skills. It's the same thing with a car, the added attention is what makes things a more enjoyable experience.
Yes, this is a great way of putting it!
I agree I mean yes modern performance cars are a lot of fun to drive and handle amazing but as great as they are they just feel like they are lacking something and it’s something that you only get from a classic.
Love the channel. I’m 65 and had so many memories with old school iron and still today walk in my shop and you’ll find a 69 and 70 roadrunner getting redone an old 57 Plymouth waiting it’s turn and a 69 big block polara like the old cop cars. Pure old school muscle that’s fun to drive. Of course when me and my Misses go somewhere we ride in comfort in the Tahoe with more comfort and gadgets that I’m still not sure what they do! Thanks for sharing.
@@704406bbl thank you for sharing your story. Gotta love the old school muscle, it will be cool for the rest of time!
This is the best video ever about classic cars! I have my great uncle’s 1966 C10. He bought it new. It sat in a barn from 1992 until last year when my dad and I brought it back to life!
Great Video guys! Well done.. Your passion for cars is contagious. Keep it up..
Thank you!! Appreciate that, we gotta keep this passion alive!
I love that burnout!
Yeah! It was a good one, had the phone stuck to the front bumper of my truck to film it!
100%. Well put together.
Thank you, appreciate the feedback
Great video bud they are way more then just steel rubber and chrome!
Thank you! Yes they are, they are like family!
Ive had my 85 GM Stepside since 87. Built it into a low rider, added a 327 and met my wife in 90 in it. My kids have seen it all their lives, and now it's getting a full resto in our garage. I have Z06, Boss, and Duramax. But the only connection and vehicle our grown daughter wants is our old neglected 85 pick-up, lol. PS my wife is even more excited ol black is coming to life again. Imagine that! :-)
Love it!! There’s just something about these classics!
Do more videos like this please, i love it, it's like a documentary. 🤩
Not gonna lie, this was just as (or even more) poetic as a Pertolicious video
Thank you we definitely try our best!
Great vid!!!!!!!
Thank you!! Appreciate it!
This is what it’s all about, great work!
Thank you! It’s our duty to keep the automotive passion alive!🫡 We love all the work you guys do to help with that!
We’d love to work with you guys in the future!
It’s all about the cars! Nothing beats the feel of my 71 Torino Gt, feels like a different time. Then you turn around and drive my 83 Mustang and it’s a completely different experience. It’s the best feeling ever to hop in either and just enjoy it.
Yes I love it! These cars are amazing and we’re lucky we get to experience them!
Obrigado por compartilhar conosco 👍🏻 👍🏻
Thank you for watching!
Awesome video guys
Thank you, and thanks for watching!
Awesome video man🫡
I have a 1970 C10. I like the fact that life happened in it. I like to think about how many people did it take to work was it some kids first truck.
Yes! We always think the same things. What kind of life did these cars live??
Dang. How do you track ppl down like that?! Luck? Hit a road block trying to learn more about my old Malibu.
We definitely have hit road blocks many times. Just have to keep trying! Sometimes we’ll put ads out on Craigslists looking for information!
Are those Ansen Ground Grabber bars?
Yes!
@@driveway_finds badass, I’m always on the lookout for old Lakewood traction action bars at swap meets and things. I enjoyed your video. I too think that the stories is what makes these cars special. I have an SC Rambler that used to street race NYC in the 70’s and 80’s. And if I restored it, all that history would be lost. Thanks again.
Hey driveway finds can you guy help me choose a engine for my 87 chevy 4x4 I got offered a 350 or a 6.0 LS what do you think i should do
350 for ease and cheapness, 6.0 for more reliability
Every Chevy has a story..fixed the title ya
