      Can you do more leg workouts that don’t have running or jumping in them? I have cervical stenosis and I get headaches everyday, it really hurts to run and jump but I want to keep active

    I would love if you posted more workouts at the gym, because as a skinny girl myself who has trouble putting on some mass, I think your gym workouts with weights and bands can really help me along with other girls who have the same struggle! I really hope you stay happy and healthy! Love you❤️

    This is honestly THE ONLY video on youtube which I have been wanting to see for all these years! She sticks to the point. Gives comprehensive explanation about how she works out and I totally am in love! And the fact that I don't go to the gym because I have pretty much all the equipments at home which would help me to stay fit(I'm honestly not trying to build like those toned shoulders and hamstrings I just wanna work out to stay active and have a strong mindset) and people like her and various other fitness channels on yt are of great help! So thankyou very very much! And btw you're so cute🥺❤

    I swear watching this woman talking about eating healthy and working out inspires me so much to better myself. I’ve been doing her arm, leg, butt, and ab workout videos for about two weeks (not too consistently) and I already feel stronger. 💪

    You’re really giving me hope. Being tall and quite slim feels a bit hopeless to build solid muscle ( like bigger arms or bigger booty) but seeing you progress so so much is really inspiring and motivating me to do the same!!

    I never had a vegan pierogi, but I will have to find one and try it. Mrs. T's is indigenous to me in Pennsylvania. Maddie, I just recently started fallowing you durring this pandemic with your at home workouts. I like a lot of your videos, especially some of the abb workouts. I started fallowing you on what you eat in a day. Love all your different kinds of oatmeal recipes, especially your breakfast cookies and your granola. I am always running out the door, so a good breakfast prep meal! Your papaya recipe that you did in Hawaii is a good anytime crave. I get really bored with my food quick, which results to going back to my old ways as they say. But your recipes are so inexpensive and I love that you are creative with what you already have!! There's nothing worse than going to the grocery store and trying to follow someone elses recipe. Then, you're like looking at a $50 grocery bill and you're still only on one meal for that one recipe. By that time it's to late to go back lol!!! Your meals are so simple, so healthy, and cleaner than clean! Quinoa has become one of my favorite foods! Please keep your videos coming!

    That was so helpful. I’ve not always felt confident in the gym. Unfortunately here in California our gyms are still closed. But following your home work outs almost daily. Excited to try the gym once Covid is over or at least under control.

    gym workout routine on madfit youtube!!! it’s so much easier to follow a workout on youtube than the instagrams. either way follow your workouts but would LOVE more gym routines on your madfit youtube ❤️

      Do you think so? I always thought it was easier through instagram since it's made for mobile, and everyone has their phones at the gym. You can also save videos on instagram so they're easily accessible!

      Maddie Lymburner maybe it’s just me!! but i always think it’s easiest to screenshot the workout from the description and put the youtube link in my notes for easy access then pause it after each movement or go back to rewatch it as opposed to instagram you can’t pause and it’s harder to go back

    I have always felt like doing sports would never be an enjoyable thing for me. But I recently started going to the gym and I have fallen in love with it now! :) I also feel like it is an "escape" from stuff like stress and every day life. It feels like I get my mind cleared and I feel so fresh and happy afterwards. + I find it rather fun to set goals for myself in the gym and reaching them. I would say that gym is a cure for a bad self image - at least for me it is giving me a huuge confidence boost. I'm just starting out and I want to go every day now! :) That was something I was worried about; finding the motivation to get out of the house and down to the gym. So if you are thinking about starting, just go down to your local gym right now and sign up. The hardest part is going from "I want to sign up" to actually signing up.
    Also a tip if you are also starting out; Try doing weightlifting instead of cardio, because you can veery easily give up the fitness path when you do too much cardio. I usually start out with 15min of running with no pause and then I start working on muscles instead of my pulse. At least for me it makes it more fun, because I don't kill myself with 1 hour of intense cardio :)

    I think I'd really love to see any style of exercises using basic equipment that can be found at most gyms. Like maybe you could film a 'leg' day and 'upper body day'? I'm sure anything you put out will be super helpful though ☺️

    For your Madfit channel, I would love to see some workouts you could do at home using some light equipment, like a medicine ball, dumbbells, and resistance bands! Things outside of HIIT, but that could still be paired with it, for people that have some equipment at home but can't afford the gym. These could be filmed in the gym for you to utilize their equipment. 😉😘 Thanks girl, you're such a motivational peach! 💚

    In my country pierogies are one of the traditional dishes so I eat it very often. They are so good with cabbage and mushrooms. Heaven on the earth :D

    How do you learn to use the equipment properly/ have the right form? I love going to the gym and doing whatever is fun that day, but I also don't know how long to do each exercise for (what is a balance between challenging/fatiguing and fun)

    I would love to see fitness vlogs on your madfit channel. Megsquats does a weekly wrap up where she talks about each of her sessions, how she felt during them, basics of what she did, etc. With a bit of overlayed video if she has it. You should check those out and see if you can gain inspiration from that.

    Mmm I grew up eating deep fried perogies and haven't had an since becoming vegan in 2005. I love that there are now vegan options available! I bet my four little vegan boys would love some potato perogies and I'm excited to search for some and share them with my boys

      Marie Johnson I'm not sure where you live, but the company called Golden has a delicious no egg no dairy potato with lightly flavored carmelized onion pierogie. They have a potato spinach one, too, but I never had it because I like the classic style I grew up with, and I get spinach in other ways - maybe I'll try it someday - I just realized how close minded I am to the idea, so I suddenly feel like trying it sometime. I think the company makes one with cheese but I've been vegan for my whole life, so that's not going to happen.
      Hot for Food made a sweet potato pierogie a while ago, but I'm not at that level of cooking - yet. You might be, and might like it as is, or substitute with Idaho, russet, Yukon gold, whatever potatoes are usually used.
      While Kyle's additions were interesting, I like mine with vegan sour cream and sauerkraut. Sometimes with a salad on the side, usually including greens with cucumbers.

      Like Maddie, pierogies are a favorite, I will sometimes crave them for weeks until I get some, and they're always so good - its essentially pasta and potatoes, right? How can that be anything but so tasty.

      Marie Johnson In Canada, I'm on the east coast, in Montreal, and I have family only 3 1/2 hours away in Florida, too! So I know there's the tofutti brand (but I think they have palm oil, which you may or may not eat), and follow your heart, both decent. I tend to spruce up any vegan sour cream I get with either a bit more acidity or salt or a spoon of vegan mayonnaise or chives. Or, I simply, gladly eat it as is. Lately I make my own with cashew butter or with so delicious brand unflavored unsweetened coconut yogurt as the base (the coconut can't be tasted in this) by adding a little nutritional yeast, salt, lemon, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, sometimes chives and onion (sometimes a bit of canola oil, sometimes the tiniest bit of tahini), tasting as I go. It's really good and I'm no chef.
