John frusciante (rhcp guitarist) was the definition of a hard core junky. Dude had to get skin graphs on his arms hell, he almost lost his arms. Lost all his teeth and I want to even say he got part of his jaw removed from an infection. He even got blood poisoning he was literally knocking on death's door. Dude was literally living thru hell shooting up coke and H. When John frusciante kicked he said that no matter how fucked up he feels and no matter how much he wanted to use he told himself "I gotta stay clean for a year. I have to at least try it. If I stay clean for a year and im still not happy I'll go back to using drugs" after he kicked he stayed clean for an entire year and NEVER went back to using. The power of will overcomes all!

I my place relapse is so... Easy coz the drugs like heroine, yaba, and all drugs like illegal drugs can be bought for 2dollar u.s which is cheap, and that's my downfall, am still withdrawing from heroin and yaba, the panic attack is so sucks

How did you know that you were on Fentanyl? Were you doing heroin with fentanyl in the mix or just straight up fentanyl?

Drugs aren't always the answer, methadone withdrawal is far worse then heroin withdrawal and lasts way longer.

...some people cannot escape the drugs cold turkey, or by self-weaning use....medication assisted treatment (Methadone & Suboxone) can give users time to stabilize other areas of their life, such as getting a job, not blowing all their money on dope, repair relationships, etc. This will then allow them to wean off the methadone and ideally stay clean
Someone coming off of drugs has all the “baggage” they were hiding from waiting for them, and can be a huge obstacle to getting and staying clean. Methadone makes it easier to adjust and arrange your life to help support staying clean
It is extremely helpful for certain addicts, who cannot get clean without it. And when done properly, weaning off methadone will have no serious withdrawal effects at all
